【McKenzie症候群分類】
❓慢性下背痛都是姿勢問題？
👉🏻個案分享：
個案曾經被醫師或治療師說過是姿勢問題引起的腰痛，但是做了一些治療依舊沒有改善，問我為什麼？我通常都會笑笑地說：可能真的是因為姿勢，不過不要太緊張，姿勢的問題是最不是問題，你需要的是調整與訓練。遇到這樣的個案，大部份是年經的上班族，最典型的症狀是坐久或是站久不舒服，但是請他做動作又不會不舒服，走路或運動一下可能也會改善。動作的角度也沒有任何受限。這通常是因為肌肉或其他軟組織處於終端姿勢太久所以產生的痠痛感。後來只教他伸直運動完，痠痛感就沒有了。並且交代他回家自主訓練動作。
⚠️前面資料收集必須排除或納入考量其它下背痛的問題。
包括
1.脊椎狹窄
2.脊椎滑脫
3.脊椎退化
4.髖關節問題
5.薦髂關節問題
6.孕期導致下背痛
7.手術後下背痛
假如沒有上述的問題，衛教個案不要維持同一個姿勢太久，並加入自主訓練。
➡️McKenzie症候群分類
姿勢（Postural）症候群- 在末端角度維持同一個姿勢太久會疼痛，組織正常。重複動作不會疼痛。治療策略是改變姿勢。
失能(Dysfunction) 症候群- 活動角度減少並且在動作中會疼痛，軟組織有受損。重複動作會疼痛，但是活動度可能增加。治療策略是增加受限角度，目的是讓受損組織重塑。
失序（排列不良）（關節障礙）(Derangement)症候群 -活動角度減少並且在動作中會疼痛，關節組織受損。重複動作會疼痛，有神經症狀並且有中心化或周邊化的現象。治療策略先往中心化方向的動作進行運動，避免周邊化的動作。

這個人想把別人家院子裡的挺川普牌子拔掉，結果被電擊到跳腳，因為牌子是通了電的。精神病院的治療方法之一就有電擊，被電一下，人就清醒過來。希望對這個人也有效。
