💥Scone Battle💥 #掉scone坑系列 #searchingforthebestsconeinhk 特別鳴謝 @mavis_foodie 先可以成功舉辦呢個battle🥰 👇🏾👇🏾 1️⃣號選手：文華餅房Ⓜ️ @themandarincakeshop 👉🏽Plain Scone $24 口感： 因為表面冇掃蛋漿，所以用焗爐翻熱之後個面都唔會變脆😳 成個scone係白雪雪、軟綿綿🌬呢個應該就係文華嘅特色🤣🤣 中間好濕潤同dense，食嘅時候會有啲痴牙同漿口🤭 最欣賞佢攞上手完全唔油！唔會覺得油膩👍🏼👍🏼 味道： 麵粉同奶香好突出，帶淡淡牛油香，基本上唔洗搽醬都可以食晒成個🤤 不過聽講文華嘅rose petal jam同clotted cream係神級好食！！ 整體： 雖然口感唔夠酥脆，但好鐘意個味～ 下次想去high tea... 然後就可以配jam同cream一齊食！😤😤 。 2️⃣號選手：Deluxe Bakery🥀 👉🏽紅莓橙皮鬆餅🍒🍊 口感： 翻熱之後係外酥脆內鬆化！ 呢個口感都幾特別，感覺上比較貼近美式scone🤔 雖然好鬆化但又唔會食到口乾，有少少似厚身版本嘅曲奇😂😂 味道： 紅莓乾同橙皮粒吊起左成個scone嘅味，有少少牛油香🤏🏾 整體： 因為加左果乾，味道就無plain scone咁單調～ 感覺上係脆＞鬆軟，同文華完全相反😆 。 3️⃣號選手：hkbreadie自家制👩🏻‍🍳 👉🏽無牛油百香果scone💛 整左好多次無油scone都失敗，今次就落左少少椰子油，終於做到外脆口感😌😌 中間就偏實，要再鬆軟啲！ 淡淡百香果香令味道更加清爽唔會膩～ ————————————— #hkbreadie #hkbreadie食評 #hkbreadie自家制 #scone#英式鬆餅#文華餅房#司康#紅莓司康#司康控#百香果司康

- brunch絕對是為我這些懶人發明的吧！對於每天沒有11點半都不願意起床的我來說，一早起床去吃早餐往往只是幻想，所以我四周發掘食brunch好去處才適合我呢😆今天就帶爸媽來來我在倫敦其中一家最愛的brunch spot- #TimmyGreen!🍴🤤💚 __________________________________________________TG位於Victoria,它的姐妹分店Daisy Green和Beany Green也是在倫敦各區可以找到，不過3家店提供的食物和營業時間都不同 大家出門前記得去網站看清楚 不要像我上次一樣"摸門釘"啊🤦🏻‍♀️這𥚃環境舒服，餐牌上的選擇挺多的，而且食物份量大 質素高 賣相更是非常精緻呢😍價格大概在£7-18(hkd70-180)以地段和食物素質而言絕對合理!! __________________________________________________介紹一下我點了Fancy Bacon Roll 泰式水煮蛋煙肉卷餅(上方), Scrambled Eggs on Charcoal Bread w/ Sausage 炒蛋香腸配竹炭多士 (中間),還有我最愛的Coconut Bread French Toast 椰絲吐司 (下方)! 先講Bacon Roll,絕對是這裡的必點鹹食，我非常推薦 因為整個組合真的太搭了🙈用上印度烤餅，烤到微脆然後配上厚煙肉，完美流心水煮蛋和菠菜，淋上祕製荷蘭醬再灑上炸至香脆的洋蔥碎和辣椒，帶點泰式風味的清新卻保留著西式早餐的元素，真的非常好吃一定要點! 另一個必點的就是在下的的Coconut Bread French Toast，雖然叫吐司其實是用椰子和麵粉做成的椰絲蛋糕，外表像吐司般酥脆，裏面卻非常濕潤綿密!!吐司上有一層厚厚的無糖乳酪，再配上紅桑子，芒果片，椰子絲和紅桑子乾後 口感非常豐富帶點绵綿的又脆脆的，味道酸酸甜甜很清新，沾上用作伴碟紅桑子醬和芒果醬再淋上楓糖漿真的是不得了🤤非常值得一試🙌🏻 相反 中間的Chacoal Bread就普通吧沒有encore的必要，只是不過不失吧🤔而且竹炭麵包硬到完全咬不開，有十足牙力才好點啊😂 __________________________________________________ For those whoo can never wake up early for brekkie just like me, brunch is always my only and my best alternative😆This is definitely my Top 3 brunch spot in London! Here I got the Fancy Bacon Roll which is basically a paratha roti topped w/ crispy crusted onion, 2 poached eggs which were perfectly cooked w/ that kinda runny yolk and fresh chilli😍 This combo is kinda fusion and refreshing tho that I highly appreciate the mix and match of these ingredientsss🤤 Seriously a must-order savory dish here! While my another fav here would be the Coconut Bread French Toast which is soooooo deliciousssss w/ such a dreamy presentation!! The french toast w/ a kinda crispy outer layer yet the inner layer was very moist and dense😽Topped w/ a thick layer of greek yogurt, fresh and dried raspberries, mango slices, shaved coconut!
