✨義式雙色戒指蛋糕
這個甜點原名叫”Ciambellone”, 是在每個義大利傳統家庭裡很常出現的蛋糕！跟磅蛋糕很像，較不油膩又更柔軟，因為加入了比例比較高的牛奶這個蛋糕是我第一個學會的蛋糕！經過七年的磨練，現在只要有必須帶蛋糕的場合，帶這個絕對不會錯！每次都被誇獎到不行🤣食譜明天會公佈喔🤩
🎧🎹🎧這個雙色蛋糕的顏色跟鋼琴的鍵盤有點像耶，如果你切很多塊擺在一起好像就可以彈ㄧ曲🤣，那今天跟你們介紹一個我很喜歡的鋼琴作曲家”法蘭茲•李斯特”(Franz Liszt) 匈牙利浪漫樂派作曲家，他有鋼琴界的帕格尼尼之稱!據說他的鋼琴技巧無人能敵，所以他的作品也都非常炫技，今天跟你們一起聽他的”鐘(la campanella)” 你們ㄧ聽就會了解我在說什麼了😉音樂在stories!

You can say I’m not good in kitchen, but never say that I can’t bake a “Ring cake”(ciambellone)! It’s the first cake I’ve learned ,after seven years of practice, I think I might be bravo😁! The Italian ciambellone, similar to the Bundt cake(maybe the better way to say is, the Bundt cake similar to Ciambellone! Cause the ciambellone exists first🤣), but it’s much more soft and using less butter!! Perfect for breakfast and anytime🤣it’s my favorite!! So... tomorrow I’ll going to public my secret recipe!! Keep in tune!🤩
