Ramen egg rice ball inspired by @gogreengolean !!! Super easy to make and freaking DELICIOUS

Ingredients:
Rice 3/4 bowl
Seaweed 1 large piece or 2 smaller pieces
Ramen egg 1
Optional but if you have unagi sauce at home PLEASE add it to the rice ITS SO GOOD

How:
1)Make ramen egg (see below)
2)Add unagi sauce to rice (optional)
3)Lay seaweed on cling wrap
4)Lay rice on seaweed, place egg in the middle
5)wrap the whole thing up, twist, and make it right
6)cut the rice ball TOGETHER WITH THE CLING WRAP (important or else the whole thing will decompose) with a SHARP knife

Ramen eggs
- boil for EXACTLY 6.5 mins .
- Put them an iced water bath .
- Peel the eggs after they have been cooled down
- Make the sauce: 4tbsp Japanese soy sauce, 4tbsp mirin, 1 cup of water
- Immerse the eggs in the sauce and marinate them overnight (better results if you marinate them for more than 12 hours)

ZERO FAIL Tips
....
- use a spoon to place the eggs in the boiling water so they don’t crack
- You don’t have to add vinegar/salt to the boiling water they don’t help LOLLLL 😂
- Swirl the eggs from time to time so the yolk stays in the centre
- If you want it to be coloured evenly use a zip lock bag instead of a boxed container, or else there will be white spots on the egg (like mine) 😝
