With the change in food and environment when I travel, I’m very prone to having diarrhoea.. 😫 It is important for me to take good care of my own health and wellbeing to avoid any disruptions during my travels. 😖

I’m sure most of us have experienced diarrhoea once in their lifetime that affects us, not only physically but emotionally and socially! It can be tough if I do not have any proper medication, especially when I’m travelling. That’s why I always go prepared. ☺️

It took me a lot of courage to posted this because I know some of you may or may not have been through this problem. But hey, I want to reach out to all ladies out there, never stop to being who you are and love your skin for exactly what it is..

I've dealt with skin problems for so many years ago. Since I were in the middle of school. Of course, our skin has its own up and down during the process..

Not just skincare BUT, food is the major impact tolerance to heal our skin too. Eat balance, avoid too much processed food all at one time and most importantly, stay hydrates.

Tbh, the result is not an overnight process. All you need is patience and time to heal. It may takes up to 2/3 months or depends on how your skin react on certain formulation.

At the end of day, you'll thank yourself for making such an effort you put into your skin..

ด่วน หุ้น APPLE ร่วง 3% หลังศาลตัดสินให้ เปิดทางจ่ายเงินในแอป ด้วยวิธีอื่น /โดย ลงทุนแมน
เมื่อไม่กี่นาทีที่ผ่านมา ผู้พิพากษาได้ตัดสินคดีพิพาทระหว่าง Apple กับ Epic Games โดยหลังจากการประกาศดังกล่าว หุ้นของบริษัท Apple ได้ปรับตัวลดลงทันที 3%

สำหรับเรื่องราวการยื่นฟ้องของคดีนี้ เริ่มตั้งแต่ Epic Games ได้ยื่นฟ้อง Apple
เนื่องจากทางบริษัทมองว่า Apple ได้ทำการผูกขาดรายได้บน App Store

โดย Apple มีกฎระเบียบว่าถ้า ผู้พัฒนาแอปเปิดให้มีการซื้อขายสินค้าดิจิทัลภายในแอปบนระบบ iOS จะต้องทำการซื้อผ่านระบบ In-App Purchase ของ Apple เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถซื้อด้วยช่องทางอื่นได้

ซึ่งสินค้าดิจิทัลก็รวมถึง ไอเทมในเกม การอัปเกรดตัวละครในเกมให้เก่งขึ้น หรือ การสมัครสมาชิกรายเดือนของแพลตฟอร์มฟังเพลงดูหนังต่าง ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Spotify หรือ Netflix

ที่ผ่านมา ทุก ๆ รายได้ที่ผู้พัฒนาสามารถสร้างรายได้จากสินค้าดิจิทัลบนแพลตฟอร์มของ Apple
ทั้งหมดนั้น จะถูก Apple เก็บค่าธรรมเนียมหรือโดนหักส่วนแบ่งไป 30%

ซึ่งในกรณีนี้ Epic Games คู่พิพาทของ Apple ผู้เป็นเจ้าของเกม Fortnite เกมชื่อดังอันดับ 1 ของโลก ก็เคยไม่พอใจที่โดน Apple แบ่งรายได้ไป 30% โดยที่ผู้ใช้งานไม่มีสิทธิ์เลือกที่จะจ่ายเงินในช่องทางอื่น

Fortnite จึงได้ทำการขึ้นข้อความในเกมข้าง ๆ ปุ่มจ่ายเงินของ Apple ว่า “ถ้าหากซื้อไอเทมกับเราในที่อื่นจะมีราคาถูกกว่านี้” พร้อมลิงก์ให้กดไปซื้อในช่องทางอื่น

ส่วน Apple ก็บอกว่า คุณเอาแอปมาวางอยู่บน iOS ของเรา คุณก็ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบที่เราตั้งขึ้นมา ที่นี่คือระบบนิเวศที่เราสร้างมา คุณก็ต้องจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมสิ

ดังนั้นเมื่อ Apple เห็นการกระทำของ Fortnite ก็จึงทำการถอดเกม Fortnite ออกจาก App Store ทันที และเป็นที่มาของการฟ้องร้องในครั้งนี้

และมาวันนี้ ผลตัดสินก็ออกมาแล้วว่า ให้ Apple ต้องยอมเปิดทางให้ผู้ใช้งานมีตัวเลือกในการจ่ายเงินด้วยช่องทางอื่นด้วย

นั่นหมายความว่า หาก Apple ยังเก็บส่วนแบ่ง 30% เหมือนเดิม (15% สำหรับแอปเล็กที่มีรายได้น้อย) ก็ย่อมทำให้ผู้ใช้งาน ไม่ว่าจะซื้อไอเทมเกม หรือสมัครสมาชิก จะกดซื้อสินค้าดิจิทัล ในช่องทางอื่น และเป็นผลทำให้รายได้ส่วนนี้ของ Apple จะลดลงในอนาคต

และเป็นผลทำให้หุ้น Apple ลดลง 3.0% ในทันที

ในขณะที่ หุ้นของบริษัทเจ้าของแอปพลิเคชันบน App Store ที่เกี่ยวกับเกมและการสมัครสมาชิก ก็ได้ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นทันที

這段時間大家都過得好嗎？最近疫情嚴峻，又停電、停水，突然變得好焦慮。這幾天在家的時間變長了，多了很多時間思考，10場活動被取消，除了無奈，也很無力。而我發現我的焦慮來自於「未知」，不知道未來會發生什麼事讓我感到恐慌。
薛西弗斯的神話告訴我們，「不要害怕徒勞無功」，在這厭世感的時刻，很多事情無法改變，但我們可以改變自己的心態，換個角度想，我們要珍惜活在世上的每一天，感謝我們擁有的一切。生活中97%都是不可控制的，我們只要做好3%就夠了。
