    Bạn có thấy bị “peer pressure” khi lướt LinkedIn?

    Bạn đã bao giờ lướt LinkedIn và tự nhủ, dường như ai cũng thành công hơn mình? Cũng dần giống như Instagram và Facebook, LinkedIn cho bạn cái nhìn không trung thực về thế giới việc làm. Vậy đâu là những "sắc hồng" được tô quá đậm trên LinkedIn? Dưới đây là những chia sẻ từ tác giả Travelling Kat với Vietcetera.

    1. Từ điển những chức danh hoành tráng

    Nếu có một tổ chức nào nhiều quản lý, giám đốc, phó chủ tịch hay chủ tịch nhất trên hành tinh này, thì đó có lẽ là LinkedIn.

    Đơn giản bởi, trên LinkedIn, bạn có thể tự phong mình với bất kỳ chức danh gì, với bất kỳ công việc kiêm nhiệm gì mà ít người có thể kiếm chứng.

    Ngoài ra, các từ phổ biến sau cũng được cho vào chức danh để thêm phần hoành tráng như: Guru (chuyên gia trong tiếng Sanskrit), Warrior (chiến binh), Sensei (sư phụ theo tiếng Nhật) rồi cả thêm cả tính từ "digital" (nền tảng số) hay “data-driven” (dựa trên số liệu) để thu hút các kết quả tìm kiếm.

    Thú vị hơn cả, từ “President” (chủ tịch) cũng là một chức danh tự phong khá phổ biến. Những người chọn chức danh này không hoàn toàn nói dối. Họ có những dự án cá nhân như blog, các câu lạc bộ sở thích...Một số trong số họ nghĩ rằng tự phong chức chủ tịch cho những dự án kiểu đó thể hiện họ thú vị và hài hước. Còn một số khác thì… nói dối.

    Nhiều nhà tuyển dụng, vì thế, chỉ tin vào các chức danh tại các công ty có trang LinkedIn công ty. Trang công ty càng nhiều người follow càng đáng tin cậy. Họ dùng số lượng người follow để đánh giá mức độ tin cậy của một tổ chức hay cá nhân.

    2. Nơi này, không ai được quyền thất nghiệp

    Có một sự thật là: trên LinkedIn, ít người nào dám nhận mình đang thất nghiệp cho dù đó là lý do chính vì sao họ dành rất nhiều thời gian trên LinkedIn và chăm chút cho profile của mình.

    Joshua Waldman, tác giả cuốn “Cẩm nang tìm việc trên mạng xã hội cho người mới bắt đầu” cho rằng: “Nguyên nhân là do hiện tượng kỳ thị người thất nghiệp. Những nhà tuyển dụng luôn muốn tiếp cận những ứng viên vẫn có việc làm hơn các ứng viên đã thất nghiệp”. Trên thực tế, các nghiên cứu còn chứng minh các nhà tuyển dụng có xu hướng đánh giá thấp những ứng viên đã nghỉ việc mặc cho thời gian họ nghỉ việc ngắn đến thế nào (1 tuần hay 1 năm).

    Chính vì thế, dù để dấu “Open to work” thì không ai trên LinkedIn để là họ đã nghỉ việc hay đang trong thời gian nghỉ giữa hai công việc. Một số người trong số họ sẽ tích cực đăng nội dung như ảnh sự kiện họ tham gia, quan điểm chuyên môn… Nhờ vậy, họ sẽ tăng tần suất xuất hiện của bản thân trên công cụ tìm kiếm và gây ấn tượng với người tuyển dụng.

    Dù cố gắng khuyên mình đừng so sánh, bạn chắc không ít lần bị chạnh lòng, thậm chí bế tắc khi nhìn thành công của người khác trên LinkedIn. Nhưng đừng lấy những điều trên LinkedIn hay chính bài viết này làm lý do cho bạn ngừng cố gắng. Đúng là hiện giờ, không phải ai trên LinkedIn cũng thành công hơn bạn. Nhưng nếu bạn dừng lại để lo âu, bế tắc hay bỏ cuộc thì cũng chả lâu lắm đâu, ai ai cũng thành công hơn bạn đấy!

    หนึ่งในข่าวใหญ่ที่หลายคนติดตามนอกจากข่าวน้องไข่เน่า ก็น่าจะเป็นการปรับองค์กรครั้งใหญ่ของธนาคารแห่งนึง

    ขอไม่ลงรายละเอีอดทั้งน้องไข่เน่า ทั้งธนาคารนะครับ ไม่ใช่อะไรเดี๋ยวจะโป๊ะซะก่อน ไม่ต้องเตรียมปากกามาวง

    แต่ที่อยากให้มาลองนั่งคิดกันในวันศุกร์แบบนี้คือ ถ้าเราเป็นคนในองค์กรเราต้องปรับตัวเราเองตามยังไงดี เราคือคนนึงในองค์กรที่เพิ่งรู้เรื่อง หรือเราคือคนที่ติดตามเป้าหมายวิสัยทัศน์ขององค์กรอยู่แล้ว และเราเองก็พร้อมจะปรับตัวไปกับองค์กรแน่ ๆ

    การปรับตัวในแต่ละครั้งสร้างทั้งโอกาสและความท้าทาย เราต้องเลือกให้ถูกว่าเราจะอยู่ตรงไหน อย่ามองแค่ว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงบีบให้เราออกจาก Comfort Zone เพราะจริง ๆ นั่นอาจจะไม่ใช่ Comfort Zone แต่เป็นกับดักความสบายที่เราคุ้นเคยจนไม่กล้าที่จะลองใช้ความสามารถที่บางทีเราเองก็ไม่รู้ว่าเรามีอยู่

    แต่บางทีเราก็ไม่มีจริง ๆ นั่นแหละ เราเลยต้องเร่งพัฒนา

    ที่น่าสนใจอีกคำถามนึงคือ แล้วถ้าองค์กรหรือบริษัทที่เราทำงานอยู่ตอนนี้ ไม่ได้มีวี่แววหรือสัญญาณการปรับตัวอะไรเลยล่ะ เราโอเคกับวิธีการบริหารจัดการแบบนี้มั้ย

    โอเคสิ เราก็ทำเหมือนที่เคยทำ ดีออก ไม่ต้องปรับตัวอะไร มองไปที่บริษัทเพื่อนที่ส่งสัญญาณแรง ๆ ทำงานกันหนักเชียว ต้องเทรนต้องเรียนเรื่องใหม่กันเต็มไปหมด ดูบริษัทเราสิ ไม่เห็นต้องทำอะไร โคตรสบายเลย

    เราโอเคจริง ๆ ใช่มั้ย แน่ใจใช่มั้ยว่าบริษัทไม่ได้ขยับตัว หรือบริษัทขยับตัวแต่เราไม่รู้ หรือเค้าขยับตัวกันโดยที่เราไม่รู้ รู้อีกทีคืออ้าว เราไม่ใช่ส่วนนึงของผังใหม่ไปแล้ว

    Mega-Trend ในตอนนี้ที่เป็นตัวเร่งให้องค์กรปรับตัวกันอยู่ทั้งเรื่อง Technology เอย Digital เอย Data-Driven Business เอย E-Commerce เอย Medical & Wellness เอย ไม่มีผลต่อบริษัทเราเลยเหรอ บริษัทเราจะไม่ปรับอะไรเลยจริง ๆ เหรอ

    ถ้าเป็นอย่างนั้น อะไรจะเกิดขึ้นบ้างกับบริษัทของเรา แล้วอะไรจะเกิดขึ้นต่อไปกับบริษัทของเรา

    แล้ววันนี้เรา ควรทำอะไร ลองคิดเล่น ๆ กันดูนะครับ
