英國幾有歷史責任甚至係世紀罪人也好，有時候諗嘢係咪要顧慮下對方嘅承受能力呢？
其實呢，外交大臣6月2號响下議院答過一個咁嘅提問（本人睇咗四至五次，呢條係其中一條好多人忽略嘅一條），提問嘅係自由民主黨嘅Wendy Chamberlain，關於好多人所謂嘅平權法案（Hong Kong Bill）：
"Will he consider the proposal made by my right hon. Friend the Member for Orkney and Shetland (Mr Carmichael) in his Hong Kong Bill, which I sponsored, which would offer a pathway to citizenship for ALL Hong Kong citizens."
（請問外交大臣會唔會支持之前有議員提交給「香港法案」，即係制定一套特別移民政策比所有香港人（留意係所有），等佢地最後得到英國公民身份？）
可能因為係對面政黨議員提問，而且偏離議題，所以當日外交大臣Dominic Raab係答得特別串嘅：
"We need to be realistic about the volume of people that we in this country could credibly and responsibly absorb. I do not think we can have this debate without acknowledging that."
（其實我哋需要面對一個客觀現實，就係呢個國家實際可以正常有效咁，吸納幾多人口。如果對呢個數字係冇概念嘅話，我唔覺得呢件可以討論。）
"The fact is, though, that we have an historic set of responsibilities, as I set out earlier, and we will live up to them."
（事實上，我地（對香港）係有歷史責任，正如我之前所講，我地而家就係去承擔呢個責任。）
P.S. 英國政府唔係我開嘅，只不過係分享現實發生咗嘅事，不多不少。將香港人集體變成恩客咁，係咪有點那個呢？
