He used to lie on my chest, then it turned to cradling him while standing, then it turned to just holding him while he sat upright, the other day I only sang to the 3rd verse and he pointed to his bed wanting to go into his crib already 😫 so now I sing a couple of verses and put him down in his bed pat him while I finish the song. This kind of breaks my heart.
