Kids’ more woke than I am. These girls are always looking out for ways to recycle and upcycle what I’d deem as trash. Definitely got a whole lot more to learn from my kids who apparently “hate how humans are destroying the earth” *cues Kylie preaching*.

Between thrift shopping and recycling our old stuff instead of tossing them out, I’m also glad to have copped these @adidas overhauled PRIMEGREEN sustainable Stan Smith from @zalora. Made out of 100% recycled materials, they’re definitely Kylie-approved! Going green never looked this good!

【Tasty外国語レシピチャレンジ】
三瓶さんがTasty Japanに初登場！
1回目は、三瓶さんが、動画クリエイター/コメディアンのミスターヤバタンさんにノルウェー語だけで説明を受けてノルウェー料理を作ります。
調理師免許をお持ちの三瓶さんですが、ノルウェー語が一切わからない状況で… はたして無事に料理は完成するのでしょうか！？
温かい目で見守ってください。

これはテレビ朝日「家事ヤロウ!!!」（2021年3月3日放送）の「料理芸能人再スター誕生オーディション」にて、Tasty Japanが三瓶さんのレシピを「合格！」したことで実現した企画です。3回にわたり様々なレシピにチャレンジします。

ほんのりレモン香る♪ノルウェーサーモン
材料：
ノルウェーサーモン　2切れ
きゅうり（小口切り）1本
じゃがいも（お好みの大きさに切る）3個
酢　小さじ1
A砂糖　小さじ1/2
A酢　小さじ1
A水　50m
A塩　少々
Aコショウ　少々
レモン（飾りの分の1枚を取っておく）1個
バター　50g
塩　少々
コショウ　少々
ディル　適量

■サンデフィヨルドバターソース
バター　100g
生クリーム　100g
レモン汁　小さじ1
塩　少々
コショウ　少々
ディル（みじん切り）適量

作り方：
1.サーモンに塩、コショウを振る。（両面）
2.ボウルにきゅうり、Aの材料を入れて混ぜ合わせ、5分ほど浸したら水気を切っておく。
3.別の鍋に水、塩、じゃがいもを入れ、沸騰させて串が通るまで茹でる。
4 .深いフライパンにお湯を沸騰させ、火を止めて(1)、塩を加えたらにレモンの2枚をスライスしたもの、残りのレモン果汁、バター、塩、コショウを加え、6分茹でる。
5.小鍋に生クリームを入れ、半量になるまで煮詰める。バターを少しずつ加え、分離させないように混ぜ合わせる。
6.(5)にレモン果汁とディルのみじん切りを入れ、 塩、コショウを加える。
7.お皿に(4)をのせたら(6)をかけて、スライスしたレモン1枚、ディルを飾り、(2)、(3) を添えたら、完成！

Norwegian salmon
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 slices Norwegian salmon
1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
3 potatoes
1 teaspoon vinegar

A
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
50ml water
Some salt
Some pepper

1 lemon
50g butter
Some salt
Some pepper
Some dill

◆Sandefjord butter sauce
100g butter
100g heavy cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Some salt
Some pepper
Some dill (copped)


PREPARATION
1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper (both sides).
2. Mix all ingredients A in a bow. Marinate cucumber slices for 5 minutes then drain.
3. Put water, salt, and potatoes in a pot. Bring water to a boil and cook potatoes.
4. Bring a large pan of water to a boil. Turn off the heat, put the salmon (1), salt, 2 slices of the lemon with lemon juice, butter, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6 minutes.
5. Heat heavy cream in a small pot. Simmer until reduced by half. Add butter (little by little) and combine well.
6. Add lemon juice and copped dill into the pot (5). Season with salt and pepper.
7. Place the salmon (4) on a plate. Spoon Sandefjord butter sauce (6) over. Put a lemon slice and some dill on top. Place marinated cucumber slices (2) and boiled potatoes (3) on the side.
8. Enjoy!
