Purpose and intention - the REASON to “Why you do what you do?” makes a huge difference in how you feel doing what you do now and to see those changes you want to see in your LIFE! I posted this in my stories early May i was overwhelmed with the messages i received in my story replies after this and was even asked to make this into a post so here it is 🖤 hope it helps someone out there Sending you all love 🖤 A few things that got me through some very rough and challenging times last year end 1. Being open to learning new things/opportunities 2. Taking care of myself- exercising well and prioritising sleep 3. Monitoring my bad habits&trying my best to change them. For ex i continuously have to make an effort to stay organised-knowing what environment makes me stay productive&working on prioritising tasks- not letting stress affect you. 4. Being open to feedback and reviews - even bad ones but constructive ones(not giving heed to anything that gives you zero growth) 5. Knowing that learning something from scratch is going to take time and effort and that you shoyld be willing to put in the hours of work into it despite knowing that it may take up most hours - less time for leisure fun times 6. Saying no to people who take your peace away - building that community of small circles around you who only uplift you/ doing only what makes you happy and not feeling forced to make plans when you dont want to with anyone- even it means less socialising 7. Having a purpose - could be short term or long term. You hate doing something but you know the only way to get to love doing what you do is knowing how to navigate and make your way pass through what needs to be done “NOW” to get there. It could be your personal goals you want to achieve some years down the line...business opportunities in the coning years or something you would like to give back to society Simplest example is my training at the gym - i dont train for fun- i plan my workouts/trainings and include exercises accoridng to my goals i want to realise this year Apply that to every aspect of your life 🥰 Picture credits @devtagstudios Edited by me My fav picture from yesterday’s fun collab shoot

Two frogs fell into a bucket of cream… And must paddle to keep afloat. But one soon tired and sank to rest, With a gurgling sigh in his throat. The other paddled away all night, And not a croak did he utter, And with the coning of morning light, He rode on an island of butter. The flies came thick to his island home, And made him a breakfast snappy. The milkmaid shrieked and upset the pail, And froggy hopped away happy. We can all find a moral in this rhyme, And should hasten at once to apply. Success will come in the most difficult time, If we paddle and never say die!
