#戴着口罩去食飯 之 送別香港NOBU / Sσ Lσɳɠ, NOBU Hσɳɠ Kσɳɠ ///// 𝙉𝙊𝘽𝙐 可以說是小弟其中一家國際美食新浪潮的啟蒙。那年代，荷里活名人天天吃，吃到松久信幸君搖身一變，成為國際知名人士。倫敦紐約沒我的份兒，唯有聽身邊潮流繆思們興奮分享食歷。終於香港店開幕，我才大鄉里入店，初體驗𝙉𝙊𝘽𝙐 的南美風世界視野日本菜。那年最深印象的是一道”𝘚𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘥 𝘗𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘢 “ (圖二：我覺得中文譯名出賣了這個菜的魔力⋯⋯「炒花枝片配香蒜汁」沒有了花枝扮貝殻粉的調皮)。這個菜一直在菜單上，直到本周結業之時。 “𝙉𝙊𝘽𝙐” was among my very first international gourmet “new wave” experience. Back in the 90s’, there was no blogger nor high profile foodie traveling the globe, harvesting dining experience from noble eating places which “common people” won’t be able to book a seat or even get to know the reservation phone number. Hot restaurants and chefs are made famous by true celebrities and stars. Chef Matsuhisa was one of them, and a shinning one. Before 𝙉𝙊𝘽𝙐 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙤𝙣𝙜 opened her door at InterContinental HK, all I knew were stories of his revolutionary dishes from my globetrotter friends. I still remember how amazed I was when having the famous “𝘚𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘥 𝘗𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘢 (pict 2)” at 𝙉𝙊𝘽𝙐 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙤𝙣𝙜 not long after opening.
