我參加台灣內觀中心舉辦的十日內觀課程
說閉關也不是 頂多部份地類似閉關吧
知識和身心層面都有所收穫
每一天都對自己和環境有觀察和體會
一時之間說不完整 說不詳細
請給我一點時間內化
煮泡出精華
再謙遜地緩緩斟出一盞體悟
請您品一品 合不合您的口味

To my knowledge, vipassana is about observing the inner layer of ourselves.
Observing the truth to stay away from unnecessary pain
.
From the evening on March 10th to the morning on March 21st.
I joined the Vipassana course offered by Taiwan Vipassana Centre.
I didn’t entirely go into a retreat. Partially maybe.
My mind and spirit were both enriched by this experience.
I observe and experience something new about the surrounding and myself everyday.
I can’t put it into coherent words in this instance.
Give me some time to digest it and I’ll present you the essence of it and humbly hope you will have a taste and reflection on it.
