// As we kick off a new week // I wanted to send you a little encouragement as you prepare. Last 14 days were intense for me — working out every other day, coaching, prepping visuals and creating content for our Telegram community. And yesterday was crazy — calling and texting everyone I know in Penang (whom I TRUST) to help accompany my parents for their vaccination today. Then, one of my uncles scared my mum about vaccination and she got cold feet. There goes another round of coaxing and reassuring to comfort her anxiety. Thankfully all sorted out yesterday. As I was finishing breakfast this morning, I took some time to reflect because today was supposedly the end of a 2-week FMCO. The thing about being in lockdown is this stress that very few people talk about. While many think I’ve got my shit together, my period had been a rollercoaster. Last year, it stopped for 3 months (the entire MCO period). It was regular until MCO2.0; and again regular until MCO3.0. I wanted to share that with you, because while many are trying to be strong during this unprecedented times, some are fighting battles we know nothing about behind closed doors. Just know that motivation comes and goes. With that said... Listen to your body. Give your body a break. If you have been sedentary and you’re feeling lethargic or moody; and constantly needing some stimulants (sugar, caffeine, tobacco, alcohol etc) — it’s most likely your body is in need of some movements and a good sweat. It's seriously amazing how great you feel after a workout! So, as you approach this week, do two things: 1️⃣ Set how many workout and rest days you want to complete 2️⃣ Do your best to GET THEM DONE!  REMEMBER: This is a journey.
