今回は…初の清湯（ちんたん）ラーメンです！「清湯」とは澄んだスープのことを指します。イメージしやすいのは塩ラーメンだと思いますが「支那そば」のような澄んだ醤油ラーメンも「清湯」スープに分類されます。これに対し、白く濁ったものを「白湯（ぱいたん）」と呼びます。久留米のラーメン店主が火加減を失敗してできあがったのが白く濁ったいわゆる「白湯」で、これは九州豚骨ラーメンの始まりと言われています。今回の「清湯」は、その白濁のイメージが強い「豚骨」を使って作っていきます！澄んだ豚骨スープのラーメンは果たしてどんな味わいなのか…？ 観ただけで思わず食べたくなるあっさりだけでなく濃厚な旨味とコクを持った「清湯ラーメン」。でき上がりまでをぜひご覧ください！
