The major ingredients of this desserts were cloudberries, homemade yogurt and candied pine cones. Cloudberries were candied with birch syrup and a cloudberry soup was made with dripped juice from frozen cloudberries reduced in a dehydrater and mixed back with the remaining pulp blended with Greenlandic honey and sea buckthorn juice.

The yellow part was a cloudberry sorbet made with cloudberry puree infused with pine and spun in Pacojet before pining into silicone sea snail moulds to set.

Homemade yogurt snow was made with fermented milk spun in Pacojet, and shaved into snow (Noma’s kakigori? 🤪)

But the best part of the dish to me were those candied pine cones which had a chewy gummy texture and so addictive!

Interestingly enough last week I was at a gibier party where a friend of a friend was a hunter and hunt and cooked game for us. During the meal they showed us some candied pine cones 😮😮😮 and I am the only person who had seen and eaten it, and of course I told them Noma!

1.ทํากรงเปิดไว้1รู
2.หาBoarลากเข้ากรงแล้วปิด
3.โยนอาหาร ผักผลไม้อะไรได้ยกเว้นเนื้อ
4.ซ่อมรั้วก่อนเดินออกไปซ่อน แล้วรออยู่แถวนั้นจนกว่าจะขึ้นTame
ข้อควรระวัง
ห้ามอยู่ใกล้ไฟ ไม่งั้นจะTameไม่ได้
ไม่แนะนําให้ใช้ Harpoon เพราะBoarตายง่าย
วิธีจับ Lox 1.0
1.วาง Workbench และ Stonecutter
2.เตรียมหินไว้ในตัวไว้สร้าง Stone Wall4x2
3.ลาก Lox มาในระยะสร้างแต่อย่าใกล้ Workbench เกินไม่งั้นพัง
4.รีบสร้าง Stonewall 4x2 ล้อม Lox
5.เดินออกมาแล้วย่องกลับไปโยน Cloudberries
6.นั่งรอจนกว่าจะขึ้นว่า Lox has been Tame
ข้อควรระวังและความรู้เล็กน้อย
1.Lox ตีแรงระวังโดนตี
2.และ Lox ไม่สามารถผสมพันธ์ได้ในpatch ปัจจุบัน
3.Harpoonใช้ไม่ได้เพราะตัวหนักเกิน
วิธีจับ Lox 2.0
1.วาง Workbench และ Stonecutter
2.เตรียมหินไว้ในตัวไว้สร้าง Stone Wall4x2
3.ทำStonewall กว้าง 2 ยาว2หรือ3
4.โยน Cloudberries ไว้
5.ลาก Lox มาในกรงแต่ อย่าให้Loxเห็น Workbench ไม่งั้นมันจะไปทำลาย
6.รีบสร้าง Stonewall ปิด Lox
7.นั่งรอจนกว่าจะขึ้นว่า Lox has been Tame
ข้อควรระวังและความรู้เล็กน้อย
1.Lox ตีแรงระวังโดนตี
2.และ Lox ไม่สามารถผสมพันธ์ได้ในpatch ปัจจุบัน

1.ทํากรงไม้ธรรมดาเหมือนBoar
2.โยนRaw Meatไว้ในกรงอย่างน้อย 20-40 อัน
3.ลากเข้ากรงแล้วปิดกรง
4.ล้อมกรง Stone Wall 4x2 จะได้หนากว่าเพราะ Wolf ตีแรง
5.รอจนกว่าจะ Wolf Has Been Tame ห้ามออกไปไกลเกิน
ข้อควรระวังและแนะนํา
1.Wolf ตีแรงต้องรีบสร้าง Stone Wall ทับเพื่อขัง
2.ห้ามไปตอนกลางคืนเพราะเดี๋ยวเจอ Fenring คล้ายๆ WereWolf แต่ไม่ได้อันตรายขนาดนั้นแค่น่ารำคาญเฉยๆครับ
3.ห้ามออกไปไกลแนะนําให้ทําบ้านแล้วเตียงไว้อยู่ที่นั้นจนกว่าWolfจะTame
เพราะมันจะDespawnหรือหาย
4.ระวัง Drake บินไปมาฆ่าได้ฆ่าไว้ก่อน
