巴菲特不是第一次被嘲笑，但是笑他的人都gg了xd

「幾乎所有大類資產長期都是上漲的，投資賺錢其實是個理所應當的事。比如你肯定聽說過指數基金這個東西，像標普500、滬深300、中證500這樣的指數基金，背後代表的是眾多公司股票的集合，也是一個國家整體經濟的發展和國力的增長。事實證明，隨著人類社會的發展，它們都是在增長的，買了賺錢的概率很大。

但是這麼好的一個投資工具，職業投資人士基本是用不了的。為什麼用不了？道理也很簡單：這種誰都能做的事，我們沒必要花錢雇人來做啊。想買指數基金，開個賬戶自己直接買就好了。

換個角度說，作為專業人士，獲得市場平均回報可是不夠的。他們一定要證明自己非常聰明、可以打敗市場，這樣大家才能心甘情願地把錢交給他們來管理。

那麼這時候，你猜這些專業人士會怎麼辦？是發憤圖強努力提高投資水平麼？那你可能把人性想簡單了。這裡面有相當多的一群人，去搞「偽基金」了，英文叫 Closet Index Fund，直接翻譯就是「躲在櫃子里的指數基金」。

什麼是所謂的偽基金呢？偽基金，就是看上去好像是精心管理的基金，但實際上就是複製某個指數，自己再作一點小改動。

這樣的好處就是，整只基金的表現會和市場平均回報差不多，算不上優秀但還過得去，運氣好還能微微跑贏市場一點。但是，由於落後市場的人數太多，即使你和市場回報持平，那麼從排名看也挺不錯的了。至於為什麼會有那麼多人落後於市場，後面的課程我們會講到。」

「你應該聽過彼得·林奇這個名字，他是之前富達公司麥哲倫基金的主理人，在退休之前曾經連續13年擊敗市場，是公認的華爾街股神之一。他在自己的著作《彼得·林奇的成功投資》里的第二章，提到過這麼一個故事，正好就是我們要講的東西。

順便說一句，這章的標題就叫做「專業投資者的劣勢」。

他說，有一次他認識的兩個公司的總裁，史密斯和瓊斯，湊在一起打高爾夫球。這兩家公司的養老基金都放在同一個銀行進行管理。結果兩個人一聊天，發現史密斯那個公司的養老基金賬戶這幾年漲了40%，而瓊斯的漲了28%。當然，對於那一段的市場來說，這兩個成績都非常好了。

結果沒想到，第二天一大早瓊斯就面色鐵青地給銀行的負責人打電話，質問他們為什麼在同一個銀行，自己的基金回報比史密斯要差。答案也很簡單：管理兩邊基金的具體團隊是不一樣的，買的股票和債券等也不完全相同。

但由於這個電話，銀行為了不得罪客戶，只能讓旗下團隊把不一樣的資產賣掉，讓所有客戶的持倉基本一樣，這樣誰都不會有意見了。但這樣做的結果就是，由於消滅了不同的聲音，買的所有股票和投資產品都要委員會全體通過，最後大家只能買那些人人都知道的大公司、藍籌股，因為只有這樣才最不容易出錯。

結果沒人有動力去獨立思考，最終大家的回報一起回歸了平庸。當然這次起碼大家是一起平庸的。

彼得·林奇的這個故事是想說什麼呢？他其實想說的就是：很多專業投資者看似專業，但其實要做很多身不由己的事。

比如你是個基金經理，今年大家普遍收益都有20%，結果你只賺了15%，儘管這錢也是真金白銀賺來的，但你很可能工作都要保不住了，也不會有人願意把錢交給你管。

所以為了和大家都差不多，你會做什麼呢？你會越來越和其他專業投資人趨同。」

「有沒有人確實做到了呢？有，比如我們熟知的股神巴菲特。在那次互聯網泡沫里，巴菲特完全置身事外，代價就是1999年他大幅跑輸大盤，受到了無數人的嘲笑與質疑。那會兒最著名的幾本財經雜誌的封面標題都是類似於「巴菲特廉頗老矣，已經趕不上新時代了」的風格，所有人都覺得價值投資已經完蛋了。

但是後來的故事你已經知道了。時間轉到2000年初，整個市場開始崩盤，網絡概念股價格直線跳水，完全跌到退市的公司也屢見不鮮。無數的基金價值被毀，投資人血本無歸，基金經理們也一夜之間沒了工作。」
