我畢業於世新大學的新聞系，和維尼老師是大學社團認識的老搭檔。
畢業後曾任外商財報編譯、中華電信IDC英語機務，也做過Netflix、HBO劇集翻譯、CIADFF影展電影翻譯等工作。
肯苗現於《維尼老師 英文聽我說》Podcast和《VoiceTube 口說挑戰》擔任節目主持人，同時在《Monolog好口柴》app擔任口說教練，提供線上及時英語練習批改服務！肯苗和維尼，在線等你呦～
