Spreading the message of body positivity is something that I've been doing with @rockthenakedtruthsg for the past 4+ years and it really makes me very grateful and happy when brands, organisations and individuals share the same passion. Creating this series of women conversations with @aveenosg got me really excited because these are topics that are prevalent in women and not talked about as often as we could or should be. We will be releasing three videos - each representing a different topic over the next few weeks and the first one is released today! The topic is Body Image and Self-Acceptance, where I chatted with @kellylatimer and @puridatara about how we struggled with weight, our perception of our bodies and how we can learn to accept ourselves, flaws and all.
