The cheesery is not big, but enough for making and selling their cheese and house baked sourdough and sweets. Their house made beer are brewed in a different site on the island. All cheeses are great, surprisingly my favourite out of all these was the Granny Blue, which is a cow's blue cheese, very buttery and sweet.
