今天一大早超熱，根本就是夏天等級，可以想像捷運車廂臭烘烘的日子要來了🥲

今日早午餐走的是罐頭拯救世人路線，我真的有捲起袖子做的只有炒菜和烤麵包而已、其餘都是罐頭食物餵養，反正輕鬆方便有飽即可，各式營養都顧到，還有精神的營養🥰

沙丁魚我是買家樂福自有品牌商品，今日主角是辣味茄汁及橄欖油漬原味，燉豆子則是很傳統的美式南方風味，甜甜鹹鹹，蕃茄風味基底味道超道地！不過燉豆子我通常無法吃多，最多一小碗即可，這種微妙像蜜豆又像豆子甜湯但又帶鹹味的傳統美國南方料理，真的有點味蕾記憶的錯亂，而且飽足感十足，有機會吃看看各位就知道我說無法吃多的感覺了😛

你需要：You will need:

4瓣大蒜 4 garlic cloves
600克蘑菇 600g mushrooms
絞牛肉1.2公斤 1.2 kg beef mince
橄欖油Olive oil
辣椒粉 Chilli flakes
鹽巴跟胡椒 Salt and pepper
4 x 425克罐番茄醬 4 x 425g tomato sauce / diced tomatoes
九層塔 Basil
600毫升乾白葡萄酒 600 ml dry white wine (e.g. chardonnay)
