IKEA的冷凍鮭魚菲力、好市多耐放的迷你胡蘿蔔與抱子甘藍、冷凍毛豆，還有在目前工作附近的 @edsdinertaipei 超美味又划算的比司吉，外帶回家都是5、6個起跳，好吃程度真的只有愛不釋手可言，有了這些食材，真的不用出門也能煮出滿意的一餐，在這種可怕的天氣不用出門完全只有幸福可言🤗🤗🤗

話說氣炸鍋真的讓甩哥我輕鬆很多，鮭魚丟進去20分鐘就搞定，20分鐘佐餐的蔬菜洗加煮綽綽有餘，烤完鮭魚副餐也煮好，同時上桌剛剛好，無縫接軌。

今天我們要做正宗意大利麵醬！材料都是在好市多或家樂福買的。Today we're making traditional pasta sauce with ingredients you can find in Taiwan at Costco or Carrefour!

你需要：You will need:

4瓣大蒜 4 garlic cloves
600克蘑菇 600g mushrooms
絞牛肉1.2公斤 1.2 kg beef mince
橄欖油Olive oil
辣椒粉 Chilli flakes
鹽巴跟胡椒 Salt and pepper
4 x 425克罐番茄醬 4 x 425g tomato sauce / diced tomatoes
九層塔 Basil
600毫升乾白葡萄酒 600 ml dry white wine (e.g. chardonnay)
