    ‼️多裂肌( multifidus ) 、半棘肌（extensor semispinalis）、深層屈肌（deep cervical flexor）對脖子來說是深層的穩定肌群。
    ⁡
    😌訓練深層穩定肌群可以幫助改善脖子疼痛、頭痛、姿勢不平衡，這些導致頸椎不穩定的問題。

    ⁡
    👉🏻今天來分享誘發深層半棘肌（extensor semispinalis）以及深層屈肌（deep cervical flexor）的運動。
    ⁡
    📚在2019年的研究中，來看層半棘肌（extensor semispinalis）以及深層屈肌（deep cervical flexor）的運動效果。

    👉🏻每天三組（每組間隔30秒休息）、每組十次維持十秒，總共進行六週的運動。

    ☺️結果發現在疼痛、脖子的深層穩定肌群、還有顱頸角度都有顯著改善。
