我於2019年創辦思緒俠造字，是香港第一間以藝術字體為主要收入來源的媒體公司。我致力研發藝術字體和開發一套6000字的中文繁體字體，目前以字體產品和商業合作維生。
今次登陸NFT平台作試驗的原因是傳統眾籌字體/販賣字體的收入不足，更容易被複製為盗版，收入不足以營運新型字體公司的運作。而且香港被譽為「文化沙漠」，經營實體店和市集長遠而言無法讓香港設計被看得見， 如果今次能夠成功岀售NFT作品，其媒體報道的價值必定高於作品本身，令更多人關注【香港設計】。
我的原創NFT作品結合字體和平面設計，作品意念源自電影中常常中有美國隊長拯救世界，我們稱之為「大美國主義」，後來中國電影文化逐步掘起，中國人拯救世界屢見不鮮，「大中國主義」也慢慢萌芽。有見香港人自2019年後身份認同開始抬頭，我自己作為年輕人也身歷其境感受到自己是被選中的小孩，時代下要我們抬起頭認可，【大香港主義】便是我們的義務。
【大香港主義】用了我正在創作的思緒重生體，是19年後的字體創作。該字體曾接受明報/Umag/港台訪問，目前正在製作階段。

Hello there, this is Moodmen, a Hong Kong typography designer. This is my first NFT artwork, “Hong Kong-centred Doctrine”.
I founded Moodmen Font Company, the first design agency with revenue generates majorly from typography design in Hong Kong. I strive to explore the potentials of typographic arts and develop an entire set of traditional Chinese characters typography with 6000 words. We mainly reply on business-to-business collaborations, and launching typographic products to sustain the business.
The reason for us to land on the NFT platform for the first time is because traditional crowd-funding and typography selling do not sufficiently support our business. The piracy of font is extremely rampant given its easily transferable nature. Being dubbed as “cultural desert”, Hong Kong does not possess a flourishing market to run a design store in the long run, which allows designers to be seen and heard. I fervently believe that the media and awareness capture is much more valuable then the actual selling value of this art work. It is a solid proof that typographic arts are valuable.

I NEED YOUR HELP !!!
On the last 2 months I’ve dedicated my time to sketch the Umbrella Movement. At the beginning, when I saw the protests, I didn’t understand why they were occupying the streets. When I first came to this place I was frustrated with the idea that locals are too focus on working for money, suddenly I was with all these people asking and hoping for a more human life.
They claim for an universal suffrage, deep down I could see a cry for a less economic-centred system and their right to choose. From 29th September I met a handful of determined, kind and interesting people that somehow I wasn’t able to talk with before the protest starts. This movement become an inspiring message that these people are can change mentalities and, hopefully, their government. Whatever the future holds for this movement and for Hong Kong, to me and to many more, we want to believe that this city has eventually moved to a state of mind that can do more for their future. By the time the occupation ends I wonder how long will this awareness last in HK people’s lives.
To all who have dedicate their lives to this movement, inspiring the world with their genuine kind heart. To all students that stand there fighting for all, this was what I could do to show the world how you inspired me. A deep thank you from my heart for changing me and what I call today, my Hong Kong.
Now this is where I ask everyone to participate and support Hong Kong Umbrella Movement.
To give this work to the maximum people in HK I need your fast help to produce the prints. I believe that if everyone helps a little bit it will be possible. So please share it as much as you can and donate if you can.
To produce a total of 6000 prints It needs HK$30.000.
A set of 5 postcard series, 4 panels each with stories behind in ENG & CHI, documented what I've seen and experienced. For details, please see the album.
Then, once the production is done the distribution will be made in Occupy Admiralty. If the donations pass the production cost, the extra money will be donated to the library of Chinese University of Hong Kong, for archiving all the graphic arts done for this movement.
Updates will be posted from donation received to the follow-ups of the whole project.
