"One of The Most Memorable Month"
The very first time I faced my darkness publicly
Talking about the depression in my YouTube videos
It all starts with the regular meeting at work,
We always spend some time talking about life or something random,
There is one time the topic is : what is your most depress moment?
I talked about that crazy voice in my head.
And the response from my coworkers make me feel like a relief!
There are no pity on there face, instead, they shows there understanding
Knowing depression is like a illness same as getting cold.
Before publishing the video, I felt really nervous and scared.
Afraid of others are going to see me differently.
But after facing the most vulnerable of myself,
I started to see the world from the new perspective!
For anyone who is also going through this illnesses,
I would like to share some thoughts with you:
If you don’t know how to express yourself, please try to understand yourself from the books.
If it is hard to reach out, you can start with some friends that are not the close one! I find that is easier to talk with!
If there is a way, even the small ones, it is the chance to make yourself get better!!!
When feeling lost and depress,
We always try to find the meaning and doubt about our self-worth!
But after I saw this quote, everything got the answer:
“Life has no meaning. Each of us has meaning and we bring it to life. It is a waste to be asking the question when you are the answer. “
By Joseph Campbell
