- Valentine's Day in Japan is a day where women give chocolate to men! Today I made some deco choco (decoration chocolate) for Jun! It was my first time ever making chocolate (or decorating chocolate!!) so go easy on me! I used Cocoa butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and powdered milk, although the powdered milk I used was very large grained, which made the chocolate a little grainy. Next time I'll try to find powdered milk that's REALLY powdered! Aaaand since I didn't have any premade chocolate (because I made it myself) nor did I have a thermometer or any other necessary item, I couldn't temper the chocolate. Amateur here, hi .__.
