Cooking fried rice in a rice cooker is a game-changer for many because this means you neither have to cook rice way in advance nor wash multiple pots. Super awesome and convenient in my opinion. You can also use multi cooker or instant pot to make this dish too. Try it.

If you don't have chicken stock on hand, use 1 chicken bouillon cube with 284ml (2 rice cups) of water.
