    投入公關產業時，我為《布爾喬亞公關顧問》設下「破四舊、立五新」的期待（https://wooo.tw/XFvCbAS），其中第一條：#公關核心能力在市場洞察，#而非客戶或媒體關係。我不要我們的同事只甘於「資訊掮客（Information Broker）」的角色，而是Information Provider、Insight Builder、Influencer Accelerator 三者的集合。

    然而我們自己本身面對他人時仍常常出現了錯誤溝通與錯誤期待，同時更多的是我們被錯誤的使用與利用。

    我們的客戶、廠商、遑論媒體資訊，這些資訊對我們而言不只是單純的聯絡方式，而是＂為何我要把我的資源＂無償提供給你？就算有償，也要看價格，而且很多時候是無價，只是要看我們要不要給；至於要不要給，就是看機會成本了。

    反面來說，也提醒同事，不要以為自己擁有一堆有價資源，卻忽略了培養栽植在資源上的信用與信任。

    核心來說，就是兩句老話：

    #我憑什麼

    電話電郵社交軟體只是一排碼，難的是在你名字之份量輕重。
