🔸Columbia Pitalito RM12 - shake it, first taste thought it was sour, had a second taste and it's the perfect kind of bitterness wow 👍🏼 nice.

My dead husband won't stop bugging me.

Chồng của Kanna đã qua đời một năm rồi nhưng Kanna vẫn còn chìm trong đau khổ, ngày nọ có một con bọ bay vào trong nhà và nó nói ( thực ra là gõ lên bàn phím ) nó chính là chồng cô.
Chồng Kanna đã tái sinh thành một..con bọ. Hú hồn chưa, Kanna hơi bất ngờ nhưng vẫn cực kì hạnh phúc.
Dù biến thành bọ rồi nhưng bọ chồng vẫn như ngày còn sống phụ giúp cô làm việc nhà, nấu cơm, thậm chí bóp vai cho vợ...
Khi trong nhà có một con gián xuất hiện là Kanna hoảng sợ, bọ đã..ra nói chuyện với con gián đó :)) rồi con gián đã đi mà không làm phiền Kanna nữa.
Thậm chí có mấy tên cô đồn ức hiếp Kanna, bọ vẫn sẵn sàng lao lại tấn công bọn chúng bảo vệ vợ.
Và lãng mạn hơn nữa khi bọ đã nhờ những anh em đom đóm phát sáng rực rỡ làm quà tặng vợ yêu 🥺

T tưởng chuyện tình yêu nhân thú cute thôi nhưng bị hiện thực quật cho, Kanna biết vòng đời của bọ không kéo dài lâu,đom đóm phát sáng món quà từ biệt mà bọ dành cho vợ mình.
Hôm sau bọ qua đời, theo nguyện vọng của bọ, cô đã chôn anh ở sau vườn và anh hứa với cô - anh sẽ trở lại lần nữa.
Hóa ra trước khi biết mình không còn tồn tại lâu, anh bọ đã nuốt một ít hạt giống hoa dạ yến thảo.
Hai tháng sau nơi chôn cất bọ, hoa dạ yến thảo đã bừng nở rực rỡ, cô đã ép khô nhành hoa đặt trên bàn để luôn cảm thấy chồng cô luôn bên cạnh.
Lúc này Kanna chấp nhận chồng mình đã ra đi nhưng anh vẫn sẽ luôn đồng hành cùng cô ở quãng đời phía trước.

Ý nghĩa của hoa dạ yến thảo là " anh sẽ luôn đồng hành cùng em, em mãi mãi trong tim anh " tượng trưng cho " tình yêu mềm mại, nhẹ nhàng nhưng lại có sức sống mãnh liệt. Là biểu tượng cho sự cảm thông và sẻ chia."

Ban đầu truyện có vẻ ngốc ngốc, sau lại hài hước, cuối cùng cảm động và kết thúc lại là sự nhẹ nhàng sâu sắc.

Day 2 of the No Sugar for a month Challenge going interestingly with a heavy bout of sugar withdrawals. Low energy. Feeling lethargic. Didn't feel like doing anything other than lay in bed all day.

The reason I am doing this No Sugar November Challenge is because I really want to clear up my skin from some, what I think is, hormonal acne that has been bugging me since the beginning of the year.

This is the second time that I am doing this no sugar for a month challenge and I am praying that i have the same, or maybe even BETTER results, this time around!

As a fitness instructor and a health and wellness enthusiast, I love to challenge my body and my mind, to new things. A month without sugar and measuring the effects of no sugar on the body sounds like fun.

The reason I am doing this No Sugar November challenge is because I want to clear my skin of some acne that has come up over the past year. I have small white heads, blackheads, blemishes, pimples that have been bugging me and I want to give my skin a little detox!

This is the second time I will be doing the no sugar challenge, and although I am excited for it, I also know that it really is difficult. But having a strong intention in the reason why you are doing something definitely helps to motivate you when you are having moments of weakness.

What to eat on a no sugar diet? I go through all the different foods that I am consuming throughout the day so that you can have an idea on how to follow suit.

We also spent some time, putting together a bean bag. I had never actually though about the contents of a bean bag, nor how they are usually assembled. After a bit of a mess, we finally got it done.
