🏅In December, Facebook Inc.’s top brass gathered at Mark Zuckerberg’s beachfront estate in Kauai, Hawaii, for an unusual board meeting to discuss how to redirect the company after years of turmoil.
去年12月，臉書高層聚集於馬克祖克柏在夏威夷考艾島的海濱豪宅，召開了一場不尋常的董事會議，討論如何在經歷多年動蕩後為公司重新制定方向。

📢Within months, Facebook announced the departure of two directors, and added a longtime friend of Mr. Zuckerberg’s to the board. The moves were the culmination of the chief executive’s campaign over the past two years to consolidate decision-making at the company he co-founded 16 years ago.
接著幾個月內，臉書宣布了兩名董事離職，董事會加入一位祖克柏的老朋友。這些變動是這位首席執行長過去兩年來在公司內爭權作戰的高潮，以鞏固他在自己16年前共同創辦公司裡的決策地位。

💼 Wall Street is used to making tough choices in seconds, but the coronavirus pandemic has added a dimension of life or death. Because home offices lack the multibillion-dollar technology infrastructure of the trading floor, banks are hesitant to allow all of their thousands of traders and salespeople to work from home.
華爾街習慣於在幾秒鐘內做出艱難的選擇，但冠狀病毒大流行卻增加了生死攸關的層面。由於在家辦公少了交易室價值數十億美元的交易室基礎建設，因此銀行不願允許交易員和業務員在家中工作

喜歡鵝肝醬的人應該都知道鵝肝醬被公認為世界三大美食之一Grand Gourmet根據法國傳統工藝製作與銷售 #純手工鵝肝醬～秉持著對食材嚴選與對製成工藝的充分了解～才能保證了頂級鵝肝醬純正的味道。

GrandGourmet的空間功能不僅是一間店鋪，還是 #藝術館，#交流空間，#活動場所，人們在這裡品嚐和購買鵝肝醬，參觀藝術展，參加Grand Gourmet的各類活動，互相交流，#體驗不同的生活方式。店內除了鵝肝醬還有魚子醬、熟成火腿等中高價食材～可以外帶也可以在店內搭配酒類享用！

GrandGourmet的商空設計是由特殊編寫的計算機程序所生成！六角幾何規則組織了整個店鋪的所有功能～同時也賦予店鋪很強的辨識性！（裝潢工序共運用了3D打印，激光切割，3D雕刻等技術，獲得Red Dot Design Award 殊榮！）

設計師王振飛為表達對純手工鵝肝醬的尊重！在空間中除了運用嶄新科技也使用了大量的傳統手工藝技術(比如純手工鑲嵌銅絲水磨石地面，純手工打磨的銅板，純手工翻模鑄造的展台等等）這些材質的結合賦予了店面華貴的氣質，讓人彷彿置身高級珠寶店...讓挑選高檔食材就像買珠寶那樣韻味高雅！

我最喜歡這裡的3D雕刻頂棚～它讓純手工鵝肝醬彷彿搭乘著雲朵熱氣球般華麗來到人間！每個細節都烘托了手工鵝肝醬在食品界的高貴地位。

身為鵝肝醬的愛好者～以前對鵝肝醬的相關知識幾乎為零！來到這裡也算做足功課...也才明白鵝肝醬的脂肪是健康的不飽和脂肪酸～所以對健康無害可以安心享用的！（說多多享用可能就有些誇張了）

當初會注意到這間店當然是因為它的裝潢實在很不一般～照片中出現的人物除了我就是我的皮蛋乾兒子Ryan~這樣的裝潢對於小孩而言簡直就是登陸外太空了...所以我跟孩子的爸媽也不敢入內享用這些食材...實在是一不小心就可能會把店給掀了ＸＤ

但我由衷期待Ryan長大一點的時候～
可以陪乾媽我一起學著品鵝肝喝紅酒ＸＤ

哎唷 寫到這裡甚是想念這小子啦！

Grand Gourmet flagship store

The Grand Gourmet flagship store is located in Xintiandi, Shanghai. As a showcase to the public, it works not only as a shop, but also as a gallery, a communication space and event space. People come to taste the products, experience the life style, and communicate with others.

To show respect to these handmade products, the shop design was generated by a custom made computer algorithm, the fractal hexagon pattern gives the shop strong identity and organized all the functions. The making process involved many cutting edge technologies, such as 3D printing, Laser cutting, 3D milling and etc. as well as many traditional handcrafts such as the hand embedded brass bar in the floor, the hand polished brass panels, the hand casting display tables and etc.

The creative combination of the traditional handcrafts and the modern technology makes the shop unique, just as the goose liver combines the old hand making process with the modern life style.
