#金曲獎的獎項英文怎麼說
上禮拜六大家有追金曲獎嗎？
有些人會覺得記獎項的英文好像很冷門，平常沒事又不會講。
但我認為是更認識一個單字的方法喔！
比如說「最佳新人獎」，英文是什麼？
來！你心裡是不是會想說 New…什麼 Award有沒有！
然後就卡在「人」不知道要用什麼字 🤭

最佳新人獎是Best New Artist。
我們課本裡學的 artist 感覺就是要畫畫的那種藝術家，
但其實artist 的定義是 a person who creates art (such as painting, sculpture, music, or writing) with great skill and creative imagination
所以其實只要有「創作」，就可以是廣義的藝術範疇，也都可以稱為 artist喔！例如彩妝師叫make-up artist，film artist是電影藝術家。

食譜:
第一步 將所有海鮮煮至半熟連汁備用
第二步 起獲爆香甜椒、蕃茄、洋蔥、香蒜
第三步 加入飯、高湯攪勻，並加入香料及調味料進行調味
第四步 攪拌均勻後，燉大概12分鐘
第五步 最後加入蜆、蝦和魷魚，細火燉8分鐘
第六步 收乾水份後加上香料，並放上檸檬片後 擺盤即成

-剪去蝦頭以防味道變苦
-海鮮汁加入燉飯中令其精華更加提升��

A yellow bell pepper ... Half

Spanish rice ... 250g
Squid rings ... 80g
Shrimps ... 8pcs
Clams ... 12pcs

Rosemary ... 1tsp
Saffron ... 5g
A lemon ... Half
Salt ... 1tsp

Recipe:
STEP 1 Cook the seafood until half done,Save the juice and set aside
STEP 2 Stir-fry bell peppers, tomatoes, onion and garlic
STEP 3 Add rice and broth,Stir and season with herbs and seasonings
STEP 4 Mix well,Cook for 12 minutes
STEP 5 Add clams, shrimps and squid,Cook on low heat for 8 minutes
STEP 6 Cook until liquid is gone,Sprinkle herbs on top,Add lemon wedges for plating

Tips :
-Cut off heads of the shrimps to avoid bitter taste
-Add the juice from cooked seafood for more flavour

▋食材Ingredients

★牛排饭团
牛排一块约200g，a steak（about200g）
番茄半个，half tomato
生菜6片，6 lettuce leaves
黑胡椒汁2大勺，2 tbsp black pepper sauce
杂粮饭150g，150g multigrain rice
海苔2张，2 pieces of sushi seaweed
香油1小勺，1 tsp sesame oil
盐1/4小勺（拌饭），1/4 tsp salt（for rice）
盐1/4小勺（牛排），1/4 tsp salt（for steak）
黑胡椒1/4小勺，1/4 tsp black pepper
白芝麻1/2小勺，1/2 tsp white sesame


★火腿流心蛋饭团
火腿4片，4 pieces of ham
鸡蛋2个，2 eggs
生菜4片，4 lettuce leaves
千岛汁1-2大勺，1-2 tbsp Thousand Island Juice
杂粮饭150g，150g multigrain rice
海苔2张，2 pieces of sushi seaweed
香油1小勺，1 tsp sesame oil

鸡腿1个，1 chicken thigh
芝士片4片，4 slices of cheese slices
苦菊适量，bitter chrysanthemum
焙煎芝麻汁1-2大勺，1-2 tbsp roasted sesame sauce
姜片4片，4 ginger slices
杂粮饭150g，150g multigrain rice
海苔2张，2 pieces of sushi seaweed
香油1小勺，1 tsp sesame oil
盐1/4小勺（拌饭），1/4 tsp salt（for rice）

蝦米蘿蔔餅：

材料：
白蘿蔔1斤
麪粉
雞蛋2隻
蝦米2兩

處理：
1. 蝦米用清水浸3分鐘至軟身。
2. 蘿蔔刨去皮，切條放入一個大碗。
3. 用粗鹽乸蘿蔔5分鐘，令它出水，輕手揸出水分，以去除苦澀味。
4. 清水沖乾淨蘿蔔條中的鹽分，擎乾水，放入一個大碗。
5. 加入3湯匙麪粉，再加入少許胡椒粉，攪勻。
6. 打2隻雞蛋，攪勻。
7. 再加入麪粉至起漿就可以了。
8. 蝦米擎乾水，放入蘿蔔內攪勻。

烹調：
1. 放2湯匙油落鑊，大火燒熱。
2. 夾起蘿蔔放鑊中， 鑊燒熱後轉中慢火，慢煎。
3. 煎至金黃色，反轉另一面，冚蓋焗3分鐘。
4. 反轉，再焗3分鐘。
5. 完成，上碟。

White radish pancake:

Ingredients:
White radish 1 catty
Rice flour
Eggs 2 Nos.
Dried sea shrimps 2 taels

Preparation:
1. Soak dried sea shrimps in tap water for 3 minutes.
2. Peel the radish, slice it and put it in a big bowl.
3. Season radish with cooking salt for 5 minutes to make radish releases liquid from itself. Squeeze it gently to release the bitter taste.
4. Rinse the salt in radish thoroughly. Hang dry and put it in a big bowl.
5. Mix 3 tbsp flour and little pepper into radish well.
6. Beat 2 eggs into radish, then mix well.
7. Add more flour to make the mixture becoming thick is OK.
8. Dried sea shrimps has already been hung dry, mix well with the radish.

Steps:
1. Heat up 2 tbsp oil at high flame in wok.
2. Put a small amount of radish into wok. Turn to medium~low flame, continue frying.
3. Flip over the radish pancake when it turns gold in colour. Cover pan with lid for 3 minutes.
4. Flip over pancake, cover pan with lid for another 3 minutes.
5. Complete. Serve.

▉步驟如下：

❶ 下載 Telegram Messenger
到 App Store 或 Google Play 下載 Telegram Messenger 這款 APP。
進入 APP，使用電話註冊。

❷ 建議進行隱私設定。
打開 APP ➝ Setting ➝ Privacy and Security
建議把 Privacy 的 Phone Number 設定為 Nobody。

❸ 加入官方頻道
在 Chats（聊天室）分頁，搜尋「Alvinist」，接著點下方的 Join。
* 艾爾文保證不隨意推送訊息，拜託請勿將通知關閉。

❹ 若想將 APP 的介面更換為中文版，可以在我們的頻道當中的置頂訊息，最下面的按鈕「將此軟體介面更換為繁體中文」即可。

❺ 推送內容
- 頻道重要通知及公告。
- 新影片通知、連結專門送。
- 直播、行動派艾草專屬直播通知。
- 抽獎訊息、得獎公告。
- 偶爾放送未公開的內容。
