It’s definitely a very chemical artwork I’ve ever seen! It’s located in front of LandMark Optoelectronics, which produces semiconductor for telecommunication application. Therefore, this crystal structure reprensents a binary semiconductor composed of indium and phosphorus: Indium phosphide (InP). If you’re good at chemistry, you’ll find out that I missed 2 elements of the structure. Sorry, my bad! After all, I can’t understand chemistry at all.🌈
