    Minum petang bersama cekodok pisang@ jemput2 pisang. sedap dimakan panas2..

    RESEPI bawah ni 👇mesti dapat yg bulat gebu

    Bahan-bahan-
    2 cawan pisang di lenyek
    1 cawan gula pasir @ gula castor
    1 penutup soda bikarbonat atau 1 sudu besar.
    1 sudu kecik baking powder
    3 cawan tepung gandum
    1 sudu besar susu tepung
    1/2 sudu kecik garam

    Cara-cara..
    Nak bulat..elok diperap 1 jam adunan yg dah siap...
    dlm mangkuk, campur pisang lenyek bersama gula & garam.gaul biar gula larut.
    ayak soda bicarbonate & baking powder dgn penapis teh ke dalam campuran pisang.gaul rata2.pastu masukkan susu & tepung.tambah sedikit lg tepung jika adunan masih lembik.
    panaskan minyak yg banyak, kemudian jemput2kan adunan bulat2 kedalamnya. goreng dgn api sederhana supaya dlm nya masak.bila kulit luar nmpak garing dan boleh lah diangkat.

    Resepi cucur udang maktun - tanpa yis / soda bicarbonate

    500gm tepung gandum
    250gm taugeh
    150gm daun bawang - potong kecil
    150gm bawang besar - slice
    1 sudu teh garam
    1/2 sudu teh serbuk kunyit
    2 biji telor

    Udang - buang kulit

    Lobak merah - optional
    Cili merah - optional

    Cara cara:
    1. Campurkan semua bahan bahan bersama air sedikit demi sedikit sehinga sebati

    2. Biarkan batter selama 30 minit sebelum menggoreng

    Nota:
    1. Goreng dengan api perlahan supaya garing di luar dan lembut di dalam

    Resepi Kek Tornado Krim Keju Viral, Kek Tiga Layer Pasti Mengancam Selera

    Resepi Kek Tornado Krim Keju

    Bahan-bahan (Kek Coklat)

    175 gm tepung gandum

    55 gm serbuk koko

    2 biji telur

    1 sb serbuk penaik

    1 sb soda bikarbonat

    95 gm mentega cair

    1 sb esen vanila

    1 sb ovalet

    130 gm gula kastor

    3 gm serbuk kopi + 120 ml air (larutan kopi)


    Bahan-bahan (Coklat Ganache)

    250 gm coklat susu coin 

    250 gm krim putar

    2 sb mentega


    Bahan-bahan (Krim Keju)

    200 gm krim keju

    1 sb esen vanila

    100 ml krim putar

    1/2 cwn gula aising


    Cara memasak

    1. Kek Coklat: Gunakan mesin pengadun, masukkan telur, gula kastor bersama-sama mentega cair sehingga sebati.

    2. Kemudian, masukkan ovalet dan pukul sehingga campuran kelihatan sedikit kembang.

    3. Masukkan esen vanila, larutan kopi ke dalam adunan.

    4. Ayak tepung gandum, serbuk koko, soda bikarbonat, dan serbuk penaik. Kacau sebati dengan menggunakan teknik kaup balik.

    5. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan dan kukus sekurang-kurangnya 30-45 minit.

    6. Keluarkan kek dan sejukkan seketika.

    7. Krim Keju: Dengan menggunakan mesin pengadun, masukkan krim keju, krim putar, esen vanila, gula aising dan pukul sehingga campuran sebati.

    8. Coklat Ganache: Masak coklat susu koin bersama mentega dan krim putar menggunakan kaedah double boil.

    9. Masak sehingga coklat larut dan ketepikan.


    Cara penyediaan

    1. Potong kek coklat kepada dua bahagian dan letakkan kek ke dalam bekas.

    2. Tuangkan coklat ganache dan paipkan krim keju mengikut citarasa masing-masing.

    3. Kemudian, taburkan cip coklat sebagai penambah rasa kepada kek.

    4. Kek Tornado Krim Keju siap untuk dihidangkan.

    3 gm coffee powder + 120 ml water (coffee solution)


    Ingredients (Chocolate Ganache)

    250 gm milk chocolate coins

    250 gm whipping cream

    2 tbsp of butter


    Ingredients (Cream Cheese)

    200 gm cream cheese

    1 tbsp of vanilla essence

    100 ml whipping cream

    1/2 cup of icing sugar


    Cooking methods 

    1. Chocolate cake: Using a mixer, beat eggs, castor sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.

    2. Add ovalette and continue to beat until the mixture appears a bit fluffy.

    3. Put in vanilla essence and coffee solution into the mixture.

    4. Sieve wheat flour, cocoa powder, soda bicarbonate, and baking powder into the mixture. Here, start combining the mixture using the folding technique.

    5. Finally, pour the batter into the cake mold and steamed the cake for at least 30-45 minutes. 

    6. After the cake is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it chill for a while.

    7. Cream cheese: Using a mixer, beat cream cheese, whipping cream, vanilla essence, and icing sugar until rising and fluffy.

    8. Chocolate ganache: Heat milk chocolate coins with butter and whipping cream using the double boil technique.

    9. Stir until all the chocolate melts and set them aside.


    Preparation

    1. Slice the cake into two and put them into a cake container. 

    2. Pour in chocolate ganache and pipe the cream cheese according to liking.

    3. Then sprinkle some chocolate chips to enhance the taste.

    4. Tornado Cheesecake is now ready to be served.

    Simple je sebenarnya nak buat apam balik crispy ni. Kalau buat sendiri ni, boleh terus 'ngap' masa tengah panas dan rangup, memang sedap dan puas hati. Lagi senang kalau guna non stick pan tau.

    Resepi Apam Balik Crispy

    Bahan-bahan (Apam Balik Crispy)

    1 1/2 cwn air

    2 cwn tepung gandum

    1 sk serbuk penaik

    1 sk soda bikarbonat

    1/4 cwn gula

    1 sb marjerin

    1 biji telur

    garam (secukup rasa)


    Bahan-bahan (Topping)

    1 tin jagung manis

    1 cwn kacang tanah (kisar halus)

    1/4 cwn gula kastor


    Cara memasak

    1. Kisar tepung gandum, air, serbuk penaik, soda bikarbonat, marjerin, telur, garam dan gula sehingga halus.

    2. Tapiskan adunan tersebut dan ketepikan.

    3. Dengan menggunakan api sederhana, oleskan mentega, tuangkan 1 senduk adunan tepung dan ratakan keseluruhan kuali.

    4. Taburkan gula kastor dan kacang tanah hancur apabila adunan tepung kelihatan sedikit masak.

    5. Kemudian, letakkan pula jagung manis dan masak sehingga keperangan.

    Crispy “Apam Balik” Recipe

    Ingredients (Crispy “Apam Balik”)

    1 1/2 cups water

    2 cups of wheat flour

    1 tsp of baking powder

    1 tsp of soda bicarbonate

    1 tbsp of margarine

    1 nos egg

    salt (to taste)


    Ingredients (Topping )

    1 canned sweet corn

    1 cup of peanuts (ground)

    1/4 cup of castor sugar


    Cooking methods

    1. Blend wheat flour, water, baking powder, soda bicarbonate, margarine, egg, salt and sugar until smooth.

    2. Strain the mixture and set aside.

    3. While using medium heat, smear butter, put pour in 1 scoop batter and spread well to entire pan.

    4. Sprinkle castor sugar and ground peanuts when the flour seem to half cook.

    5. Next, add in sweet corn and cook until batter turning brown.

    6. Fold each side and serve Crispy “Apam Balik” while it is still hot.

    Resepi Kek Red Velvet Manis Berlemak

    Bahan-bahan (Kek)

    2 cwn tepung gandum

    2 sb serbuk koko

    1 sb soda bikarbonat

    1 sb serbuk penaik

    1 cwn minyak jagung

    1 cwn gula

    2 biji telur

    1 sb pewarna merah

    1 sb esen vanila

    1/2 cwn air panas

    1 sb cuka makan

    1 cwn buttermilk (1 cwn susu+2 sb cuka)


    Bahan-bahan (Krim Keju)

    200 gm krim keju

    1/2 gula

    250 gm mentega


    Cara memasak (Kek)

    1. Pukul minyak jagung, gula, dan telur menggunakan mesin pengadun sehingga sebati.

    2. Masukkan pewarna merah dan esen vanila. Pukul seketika.

    3. Masukkan buttermilk dan kacau seketika.

    4. Ayak tepung gandum, soda bikarbonat, serbuk penaik dan serbuk koko. Gaul sebati.

    5. Tuangkan air panas dan cuka makan ke dalam adunan. Kacau adunan sehingga sebati.

    6. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan dan bakar selama 35-40 minit pada suhu 170°c.


    Cara memasak (Krim Keju)

    1. Pukul krim keju, mentega dan gula sehingga kembang.

    2. Masukkan ke dalam pipping beg. Ketepikan.


    Penyediaan

    1. Potong kek kepada tiga bahagian and simpan lebihan kek sebagai hiasan.

    2. Hancurkan lebihan kek tersebut dan ketepikan.

    3. Paipkan krim keju frosting pada lapisan pertama and lapiskan potongan kek di atasnya.

    4. Paipkan lagi krim keju frosting di atas dan seluruh bahagian kek. Ratakan krim dan sejukkan kek selama 20 minit.

    5. Hiaskan kek mengikut kreativiti sendiri. Kek Red Velvet Manis Berlemak siap untuk dihidangkan.

    1. Beat corn oil, sugar, and eggs using a mixer until well combined.

    2. Add in red coloring and essence vanilla. Beat well.

    3. Add in buttermilk and stir for while.

    4. Sieve wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Mix all well.

    5. Pour in hot water and vinegar into the batter. Stir the batter to combine.

    6. Pour the batter into the cake tray and bake for 35-40 minutes at 170°c


    Cooking methods (Cream Cheese Frosting)

    1. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar until fluffy.

    2. Put into pipping beg. Set aside.


    Preparation

    1. Slice cake into three layers and keep left-over cake for decoration.

    2. Crumble the left-over cake and set aside.

    3. Pipe cream cheese frosting on the first layer and double with another slice.

    4. Pipe more cream cheese frosting and coat to all parts. Flatten the cream and chill the cake for 20 minutes.

    5. Decorate it based on your creativity and the red velvet cake is ready to be served.
