Apparently it’s the last Sunday of 2020, so I’ve decided to take notes of the 10 best habits I practiced this year (that turned into instincts), first for myself, and second to hopefully inspire you to do the same for your 2021 🕊 1️⃣ putting sunscreen on my hands everyday 🧴 2️⃣ exercising almost everyday (running, tennis, yoga, jumping rope, hiit, abs & more) 💪🏻 3️⃣ getting comfortable with drawing/ painting again 🧑🏼‍🎨 4️⃣ going totally paperless & only take notes on my iPad 📝 5️⃣ bidet 🚿 6️⃣ being mindful and intentional with my time on social media 📱 7️⃣ using menstrual cup 🩸 8️⃣ setting my own deadlines at least 2-3 days before the real deadlines 👩🏼‍💻 9️⃣ getting annual health check-up (should turn it into bi-annual though) 👩‍⚕️ 🔟 meal prepping 🍱 Now it’s your turn.
