    美國特種作戰司令部（Socom）總司令General Richard Clarke，竟然話美國特種部隊（即係Navy Seals, Army Green Berets同Marine Corps Raiders嗰班"Rambo"）响911後响中東對恐怖份子"kill and capture"嗰類戰術，响印太地區（即係邊度呀？）未必啱洗。

    Socom負責策略研究嘅上校Michael McGuire覺得美軍嘅太空、通訊同太空設備唔多夠添！
