The hardest part of this dish is assembling the pineapple boat 😂 the traditional one will use shrimp instead of scallop 🦐, but I replaced that since I’m not a big shrimp lover. ——————————————————— 🔺𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙍𝙀𝘿𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎🔺 Pineapple 1 Cooked rice 2 bowls Scallop 6 (cut into bite size)/ any meat upon liking Egg 1 (beaten) Garlic 4 cloves (diced) Onion 1 (diced) Pork floss 1 Tbsp Roasted Cashew 2 Tbsp / Seasoning: Turmeric powder 1 Tbsp Curry powder 1/2 Tbsp Fish sauce 2 Tbsp Salt Sugar 1 tsp 🔸𝘿𝙄𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎🔸 ▪️Cut a slice of pineapple vertically (not more than 1/4 of the pineapple) ▪️Run the knife along the side to cut the flesh and scoop them out using a spoon ▪️Cut them into small cubes ▪️Heat the pan with oil, pan fry the scallops till they’re cooked, set aside ▪️Stir fry the onion and garlic, cook till the onion is translucent ▪️add in the rice and cook for a bit ▪️Add in the egg and keep stir frying till they mix well ▪️Add in the seasoning and mix them well together ▪️Add in the scallops, pineapple, pork floss ▪️Put cashews on top when serve to keep them crunchy / 📕For more recipes : #InLsKitchen ——————————————————— 🍍菠蘿炒飯算是從小吃到大的泰式炒飯了 這味餸最難的其實是把菠蘿船切好😂 傳統的菠蘿炒飯會用蝦🦐 但因為我不太喜歡所以用了帶子代替 ——————————————————— 🔺材料🔺 菠蘿 1 個 白飯 2碗 帶子 6粒 (切小粒)/ 其他喜歡的肉類 蛋 1隻 (打散) 蒜頭 4瓣 (切碎) 洋蔥 1個 (切碎) 豬肉鬆 腰果 / 調味料: 黃姜粉 1 Tbsp 咖喱粉 1/2 Tbsp 魚露 2 Tbsp 鹽 糖 1 tsp 🔸做法🔸 ▪️菠蘿垂直切一塊出來 (不多於菠蘿的¼) ▪️用刀沿着菠蘿殼把肉切出 用湯匙協助取出後切小塊 ▪️燒熱鑊下油 先把帶子煎熟 備用 ▪️下洋蔥和蒜頭 炒至洋蔥變透明軟身 ▪️加入飯 翻煮一會兒 ▪️加入蛋液 繼續炒至均勻 ▪️加入調味料 繼續翻炒 ▪️最後加入帶子 菠蘿肉 豬肉鬆 ▪️最後灑上腰果 保持腰果口感 / 📕 其他食譜: #InLsKitchen

I find that usually guys like this dish! 💁🏻‍♂️ Some of my girl friends has been using this recipe to please their bf 😆feedbacks are positive! 😌 ➡️for pics & videos 🎥 ——————————————————— 🔺𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙍𝙀𝘿𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎🔺 Pork chop x 2 Rice x 3 bowls Tomato x 3 Onion x 1 (sliced) Cheese Egg x 1 + 2 (beaten) Cooking wine x 1 Tbsp Corn flour Italian mixed herb 🔺𝙎𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚🔺 Ketchup x 125ml Worcestershire sauce x 2 Tbsp White vinegar x 1 tsp Sugar x 2 tsp Soy sauce x 2 tsp Water x 125ml ——————————————————— 🔸𝘿𝙄𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎🔸 ◾️Preheat the oven (220C) ◾️Marinate the pork with cooking wine, salt and pepper ◾️Coat the pork chop with egg (1) then flour ◾️Pan fry it till it’s slightly golden (2m~ each side). Set aside ◾️Pour in the rice, add the eggs and mix them well. Use less potato flour and add more plain flour if you like the chewy texture 😛 this time I’m using frozen sashimi grade oyster recommend by @joyousperth It’s sooo GOOOOD! ——————————————————— 🔺𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙍𝙀𝘿𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎🔺 Frozen Oyster 8 Egg x 1 (beaten) Fish sauce x 1.5 tbsp Drinking Water x 100ml White pepper x 1 tsp Spring onion x 2 (diced) Potato flour x 4 tbsp Flour x 2 tbsp Sugar x 1 tsp White vinegar x 1 tbsp 🔸𝘿𝙄𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎🔸 ◾️Pour in all the flour, fish sauce, white pepper and spring onion ◾️Add drinking water in it bit by bit ◾️keep stirring until it become smooth and batter-like ◾️Add in the oysters ◾️Heat the pan with oil pour the oyster mixture and fry for 3-5m till the edges is crispy ◾️Pour half of the egg on top of the oyster mixture ◾️Flip then add the rest of the egg. fry for 4m ◾️Serve with chili sauce/ fish sauce / 📕For more recipes: #InLsKitchen ——————————————————— 👩🏻‍🍳蠔餅🥢 傳統蠔餅較為煙韌 但是我喜歡脆身的 (香港風味) 🇭🇰 這全取決於麵粉的比例 如果想要煙韌感重一些 便用少一些番薯粉 加多一點麵粉吧😛 這次我用了急凍即食生蠔 味道更鮮 ——————————————————— 🔺材料🔺 急凍生蠔x ~ 8隻 蛋 x 1 (打散) 魚露 x 1.5 Tbsp 飲用水 x 100ml 白胡椒 x 1 tsp 蔥 x 2 (切碎) 番薯粉 x 4 Tbsp 麵粉 x 2 Tbsp 糖 x 1 tsp 白醋 x 1 Tbsp 🔺材料🔺 ◾️混合所有麵粉 魚露 白胡椒 葱 ◾️逐少加入食水 攪拌至糊狀 ◾️加入蠔 ◾️燒熱鑊下油 倒進粉漿 每邊煎3至5分鐘至脆身 ◾️倒進半碗蛋汁 ◾️翻面再加入其餘蛋汁 再煮4分鐘 / 📕 其他食譜: #InLsKitchen
