Alhamdulillah…it’s only the 3rd week of the new autumn term but look who’s bagged home a superstar award from school. Ali was very pleased to explain to us all of his hard work and good behaviour and how his teacher rewarded him with the well-deserved certificate. But the most pleasant thing to see is when Ali showed his certificate to Fatimah and the way Fatimah was over the moon smiling from ear to ear while congratulating Ali for his achievement. She was clearly overjoyed and super proud of her lil’ brother - bless them both! 🥰

How to make delicious oil soba noodles from instant bagged noodles. Easy to make, easy to eat at home. I think it's a passing score.This is good enough for a while.
* Recipe * (1 serving)
1.In a bowl, prepare a little Ajinomoto CookDo KoumiPaste seasoning ( Weipa or Somi Syantan can be used as a substitute ), 15g of vinegar (1 tbsp), and 10g of sesame oil (2 tsp).
2.Boil 300ml of water and dissolve the powdered soup that comes with Acecook Wakame Ramen.
3.Boil the noodles for 3 minutes.
4.Put the boiled noodles and wakame seaweed into a colander.
5.Put (4) in (1) and stir.
6.Done.
Top with green onions and egg yolks and sprinkle with chili oil if you like. Delicious.

即席袋麺でできるおいしい油そばの作り方です。簡単にできて家で食べられる油そば。合格点だと思います。しばらくこれでいいわ。わ〜かめスキスキピチピチ〜♪
*レシピ*（1人前）
１．器に香味ペースト少々（味覇ウェイパーや創味シャンタンで代用可）、チューブにんにく 好きなだけ、酢 15g（大さじ 1）、ごま油 10g（小さじ 2）を入れて準備しておく。
２．水 300mlを沸騰させ、エースコックのわかめラーメン付属の粉末スープを溶かす。
３．麺を3分茹でる。
４．茹で上がった麺とわかめをザルにあげる。
５．（4）を（1）に入れ、かき混ぜる。
６．でけた。
青ネギと卵黄をトッピングし、お好みでラー油をかけていただく。
気分は笑麺亭。うまし。
