如題，在商業email上，要用英文表達附加檔案，常看到attached is ...開頭， ex:
Attached is the report.
但我的疑問是，動詞ed結尾變形容詞如果要當名詞或主詞用，不是要加上 the嗎？ 不然
查字典attached本身也不是名詞，所以請教各位 attached is這用法是文法上的什麼結構
