其中，第一種提供給10,600位民眾，第二種提供給3800位民眾，有99.3%民眾嘗試使用第一種試劑，有98.4%嘗試使用第二種試劑。
　　
其中，有97.5%民眾使用第一種試劑完成檢驗，有97.8%使用第二種試劑完成檢驗。大部分使用者認為使用說明簡明易懂，但仍有17.7%民眾認為第一種試劑，31.3%認為第二種試劑不易操作。

[#郵票美國志🇺🇸：Pony Express ]

濱太平洋的加利福尼亞在 1850 年併入美國，加上淘金熱，使美國東、西岸郵遞來往需求增加。但是橫貫鐵路和電報未通，交通耗時，結果 1860 年誕生了民營「驛馬快遞」(Pony Express)，由驛員快馬接力趕路，提供密蘇里州至西岸加州的快郵服務，郵路共穿越八個州。「驛馬快遞」營辦前，加州正式併入美國的消息，花六星期才從華盛頓傳到三藩市；有了「驛馬快遞」，林肯當選總統的消息，只花八天便公告西岸。

圖為 1861 年三藩市寄德國漢堡郵封，先由「驛馬快遞」送到堪薩斯州 Atchison，再由美國官方郵局送德國。「驛馬快遞」只營運了年半，現時存世郵封不過三百。它出現在淘金熱、南北內戰、新科技應用在生活裏的大時代，是美國西部神話一部分，事蹟令人神往，連馬克吐溫也在《苦行記》描述過「驛馬快遞」驛員。
