Abs are made in the kitchen🤟(往下滑看中文版本😉) Although the numbers vary, approximate 70% of your abs are created by what you eat, and just 30% comes from exercising, so be mindful of what you eat! Whenever I’m not eating out, I try my best to avoid refined starch or carby foods with high GI such as white rice or noodles. For my main meals I tend to use quinoa to replace my base food. 😊 Quinoa is a superfood because it has low GI, less carbs than rice (but it STILL has carbs, mind you, so don’t overeat) and best of all, it’s high in protein which normal carby food usually don’t have! Having quinoa sounds like a win win situation to me ☺️☺️☺️ If you want to start a clean diet and try to reduce your carb intake, try to opt for quinoa! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

雖然每一篇文章給的數字有點不太一樣,但腹肌的塑成大約有7成靠飲食,3成靠運動! 所以飲食控制是很重要的!你可以試著少吃精緻澱粉,例如白飯、麵條。😌😌😌只要是沒有外食的時候,我都會盡量食用藜麥來代替我的主食。 藜麥是一個超級食物,因為它是低GI的食物,碳水比精緻澱粉低許多(但它還是有澱粉,所以不要吃過量呦!),而且它的蛋白質還蠻高的!這是一般澱粉比較沒有的呦! 🤓🤓🤓吃藜麥對想增肌減脂的人來說是個雙贏的食物😌😌😌 所以你如果想要開始飲食控制的話,藜麥是個不錯的選擇呦👏👏👏
