➥【異體造血幹細胞移植病患接受輝瑞/BNT疫苗後的安全性及抗體反應】：此法國單一中心觀察性研究納入117位未曾感染過COVID-19的異體造血幹細胞移植病患，檢驗其在第一劑輝瑞/BNT疫苗後(於施打第二劑疫苗時)及第二劑輝瑞/BNT疫苗後一個月的抗SRAS-CoV-2棘蛋白(S)抗體濃度。研究採用Roche試劑檢驗抗S抗體濃度，≥ 0.8 U/mL即為陽性反應，最高檢驗數值達250 U/mL。
　
117位患者兩劑疫苗的平均接種間隔為22 (16-37)天。在接種第二劑時，63 (54%)位可測得抗S抗體，其中4 (3%)位抗體濃度大於250 U/mL；於第二劑後平均35 (18-77)天，97 (83%)位可測得抗S抗體，其中72 (62%)位抗體濃度大於250 U/mL。無法產生抗體反應的相關因子包括：半相合移植(haplotransplant)、一年內接受移植、淋巴球低下(<1000 cells/μL)及在疫苗接種時接受免疫抑制劑或化學治療。分別約48%、39%的病患在第一劑、第二劑疫苗後出現第一級或第二級的副作用。病患後續平均追蹤58 (39-98)天，期間均未感染COVID-19。
