【國產疫苗跟國際疫苗，哪個比較好？】

在回答這個問題之前，先跟大家分享美國CDC網站上的說明：

The best COVID-19 vaccine is the first one that is available to you. Do not wait for a specific brand. All currently authorized and recommended COVID-19 vaccines:

are safe,
are effective,
and reduce your risk of several illness.

CDC does not recommend one vaccine over another.

翻譯：最好的COVID-19疫苗就是你拿得到的那款。不要等特定品牌。所有目前經授權且推薦的疫苗都是安全，有效且能降低數種不適的風險。CDC沒有特別推薦任何一款。

這是我看過最簡明，也最中肯的說法。

政府的立場應該是，對所有經過授權的疫苗一視同仁，人民才會對「授權」一詞有信任感。如果政府面對A、B兩種同樣經過授權的疫苗，卻公開說A比較好，B比較不好，那人民會做何感想？

正因為如此，美國CDC才會說「最好的COVID-19疫苗就是你拿得到的那款」。美國目前經授權的疫苗有輝瑞、莫德納跟強生，而就CDC的立場就是，這三個品牌都好，只要你打得到都好。

我說這些，是因為今天看到網路上許多人在傳「台大醫師李秉穎七點釋疑」的圖卡。不得不說，這是很糟糕的示範。

第一，有關圖卡第七點「聽說郭台銘的疫苗快到期」，李醫師已經在今晚認了「口誤」。

昨天我才在臉書上說，政府指派經濟部長王美花作為企業的對口，協助引進疫苗，態度值得肯定。結果今天李秉穎卻說「聽說郭台銘的疫苗快過期」，這態度當然會讓人民傻眼。

圖卡上雖然寫著「台大醫師李秉穎」，但大家都知道，李醫師的身份是「指揮中心專家諮詢小組委員」。

人民當然會心想，指揮官陳時中部長在記者會一再強調感謝企業家協助找疫苗，啊結果一轉身，指揮中心專家諮詢小組委員就說人家疫苗快過期？實在有失厚道。

第二，圖卡第二點：「分析國產疫苗與他國疫苗優劣：國產疫苗使用的是蛋白疫苗，比較可靠」。

按照美國CDC的標準，這句話一定馬上被打個大X。

為何？因為假設國產疫苗最後得到緊急授權，政府對於「國產疫苗跟國際疫苗，孰優孰劣」的說法，也應該是「這兩種都好」，否則人民一定無所適從。

還記得嗎？The best COVID-19 vaccine is the first one that is available to you.

那當你說「國產疫苗比較可靠」時，這就是一種政府的judgement。也就是說，政府在明示人民，「打這支國產的卡好」。

我不認為這是個正確的態度。

大家可以想想，美國CDC為何要強調「沒有特別推薦任何一款」的道理。

當然，這張圖卡還有很多問題，我就不說了。

我不曉得這張圖卡是誰做的，但網路上許多粉專跟政治人物今天都有轉。而我也不清楚，李秉穎醫師本人事前知不知道這張圖卡是怎麼生出來的。

或許，李醫師能夠站出來說明，他本人究竟有沒有endorse過這張圖卡的內容。

當然，我還是要強調，整個指揮中心團隊都很辛苦，我也很信任李醫師的專業能力。而正是因為信任指揮中心的專業，我才認為這張圖卡並不適當。
