LAW OF ANCHORING 錨定法則
100個影響他人小貼士。倒數 - 第97: 假設你去中環間豐澤，想買部200元的計數機。 售貨員同你講 「旺角分店做promotion，有折扣」，幾多折扣你才會去旺角分店買間200元的計數機?
現在你不是要買計數機，而是買部二萬元的蘋果 MacBook Air. 售貨員一樣同你講 「旺角分店做promotion，有折扣」，幾多折扣你才會去旺角分店買部20000元的 MacBook Air?
同樣的問題，過去6年我問了過千人， 前者，買部計數機，平均答案是5折。後者，買部 Laptop MacBook Air，平均答案是9折。
停一停，諗一諗。 重要的不是你買部計數機或買部MacBook Air， 重要的是你係咪都要由中環仆過去旺角，再仆返返嚟， 浪費咗你兩粒鐘時間。 前者，買部計數機，200元的5折， 即係你慳番100蚊你就願意做呢個動作。 後者，買部蘋果電腦 ，二萬蚊嘅九折，即係等於你要慳返二千蚊，你先至願意做同樣嘅動作。 但如果個sales同你講，買部MacBook係旺角分店有995折， 你會話「吓，我都唔知你噏乜。 九折就九折，九五折就九五折，從來未聽過咩叫九九五折 ，唔好嘥我時間，喺中環買算啦!」
以上帶出咩理念?
根據哈佛教授 Deepak Malhotra， 呢個叫做 Law of Anchoring 錨定法則。 100蚊，比起部200蚊嘅計數機好大數字，但100蚊畀部二萬蚊嘅Macbook Air 就數字太細。
因此做生意盡量要做大deal，大套餐，大budget 嘅 project. 支出，反而要逐張逐張單簽，唔好炒埋一碟大數。咁你會省返好多。
做間茶餐廳，盡量推出多啲大碼嘅套餐，食淨啲人客都唔會同你計咁多。傾生意，盡量去中環六星級酒店， 人客會覺得咁嘅六星級環境，Anchoring Effect, 自然唔會計較同你講細數幾萬蚊。
找數嘅時候，則就要去大排檔， 「平多幾百蚊啦， 夠我踎喺度食十餐飯啦。」Anchoring Effect 追債嘅都唔好意思追得你太貼。
咁你而家明我點解買賣舖， 動不動都幾千萬上落啦。 從來唔會有客同我講「平多5000蚊」賣我間舖俾佢囉。
Law of Anchoring，識得搵拋錨嘅位置，對你嘅生意收入/支出可能會有好大驚喜。
