Over the course of my practice, I find that it makes a remarkable difference when I establish a connection and show understanding with my patients than merely try to fix their sh*t

🧠What started me to become a physio has not yet been washed out. No doubt hearing a “thank you” will boost my daily mood and keep me motivated in my rehab work. But being able to show understanding and share the feeling of your patients will take things to a new level. Patients are more willing to comply with exercises and education. It is a win-win situation for both me and my patients.

🤔That brings it to the model of modern physical therapy treatment. Do you still treat on a biomechanical perspective, or a biopsychosocial perspective? Look across social media we see all kinds of holistic analytic marco-views of the human body. Or are you the type of PTs who just leave your patient on the e-stim for 15 minutes followed with few rounds of manual work to call it a session?

🧠 我常聽到病人說之前去看別的物理治療都只有做簡單的評估跟徙手治療，運動的部分草率了事，沒有詳細去解釋、討論個別的狀況。 當一個好的物理治療師，必須理解病人的狀況，以病人為中心，針對病人的生活習慣、運動課表做調整。當你花更多時間去聆聽、溝通，病人會更願意配合做出生活或運動上的改變，以增加治療的成效

🤔那物理治療應該是建基於生物力學模式，還是生物心理社會模式？坊間強調動作分析的專家、呼吸訓練、功能矯正，是否該設立物理治療溝通技巧的課呢？大學的臨床術科考試還是著重在技術層面，還是你認為電療熱敷15分鐘，再做15分鐘徙手治療，病人就會好呢？

Key Responsibilities:
－Responsible for increasing online sales through connecting with the right audiences, design and execute creative campaigns and continuously improving UI and UX.
－Handle weekly advertising (Digital Marketing) and Commercial strategies
－Lead and plans in brand strategy and providing strategic solutions in fast-paced environment
－Review business priorities, practical solution to business problems proactively
－Work closely with the creative and production team of 50 people.
－Analyse, design, implement lead generation systems on website
－Design and implement Loyalty Program and reduce Abandon Carts
