Throwback to a dinner with the high starting point : the first glass of red was Jeroboam bottle of La Tache 1983 !
La Tache is always elegant & delicious (if the storage is appropriate) , and Jeroboam bottle is even better. It doesn’t really require to be decanted, almost ready to drink from the bottle. It just took my breath away from the first sip , what a mouthful of charm! Dried roses, red berries, strawberries, violets, black tea, spices, leather, smoke, exquisite structure, velvety smooth tannin. Overall the wine tastes “soothing"-it feels like every pore is open up to breath and it’s so relaxed. It began to go downhill after 30 mins, started to lose its structure, the acidity became higher, the aroma gradually disappeared... .. I know that the most beautiful spark of its life has gone, I have had the best time of its.
記某個起步點很高的晚飯——第一杯紅酒是La Tache 1983 Jeroboam！La Tache本來就異常好喝，Jeroboam更是難得。
這並不需要特別醒酒，幾乎開瓶即喝，但一入口便是千嬌百媚：玫瑰花乾、紅苺、士多啤梨、紫羅蘭、紅茶、香料、皮革、煙燻，骨架很精緻、單寧很順滑、酒味很舒暢——好像每個毛孔都張開了在呼吸那種感覺。
因為太好喝，我便追著喝，但這個做法也是對的，因為大約半個小時以後，它便開始走下坡了，結構開始鬆散、酸度變高、香氣散去........我知道它生命最燦爛的火花已經綻放完畢，沒有遺憾了。

Worked out for almost 8years, am not always making visible transformation and It is more like walking two steps forward one step back. But I still go to gym, when I am living on the high or drowning to the bottom. It is one of the only thing that I feel I could take full control of it (not usually true when it comes to health issue or structural haha).
