中國頭號工業氣體生產商盈德氣體集團表示，由於公司董事會構成效力受到某些董事的質疑，公司將在尋求相關法律諮詢後再就空氣化工產品公司提出的收購提議展開進一步的磋商。
這家在香港上市的公司在提交港交所的公告中表示，日前盈德管理層進行改組，兩名董事被罷免和調任。在1月10日舉行的兩次董事會會議之前，這兩名董事對董事會會議的效力提出了質疑，並要求會議延遲舉行。
「由於少數董事發起的效力質疑，本公司將就適當授權簽署保密協議及與空氣產品公司進行進一步討論事宜尋求法律建議，」盈德在公告中說。
總部設在美國賓夕法尼亞州Allentown的空氣產品公司產品包括氮、氫、氧等工業氣體。該公司1月9日表示有意收購這家中國公司，但未就此作出進一步的說明。彭博彙總的資料顯示，盈德企業價值約為24億美元，淨債務在14.5億美元左右。

The Vertigo Tour 2018 - EDEN

I live in Long Island, New York and my friend lives in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Over a month ago, she texted me asking if I wanted to come to Eden's concert in Pittsburgh. It was literally 3 days before the concert, I had to book a bus ticket and traveled for 8 hours by myself. I was really scared but then I asked myself, why not? That was a once in a lifetime opportunity and exactly what I needed at the moment mentally. So we ended up in Pittsburgh for only a day, reunited after 3 months, had so much fun (and goosebumps) listening to Eden and Sasha Sloan (which I am now a fan of her and will be going to her concert March 2019). It took me a while to gather all the footage I had but it is finally up and I have to admit, going on spontaneous trips without any plan will give you the best memories ever!!
