近幾年來最棒的音樂劇之一，也就是美國電影《樂來越愛你》（La La Land），自從去年上映以來就讓大家為之陶醉，不僅配樂經典，編曲也優美。昨晚我們在國家音樂廳舞台上方的大螢幕上再度觀賞這部電影，但是我們聽到的並不是原聲帶，而是長榮交響樂團、國立實驗合唱團、爵士樂團、以及鋼琴家藍迪·寇伯（Randy Kerber）隨著電影對白所進行的現場演奏。這種電影體驗前所未有，彷彿一切景象都在眼前活了過來。指揮家艾瑞克•奧斯納 （Erik Ochsner）和藍迪·寇伯帶領爵士樂團演奏孟克的《勇往直前》（Straight, No Chaser）安可曲，為表演劃下完美句點，我也和他們合影留念。音樂會的票十分搶手，但他們今晚還將在國家音樂廳演出，明天則轉往台中國家歌劇院，請大家把握機會喔！ --- 梅健華 #FromAITDirector #LaLaLand

One of the best musicals in recent years, the American film La La Land has captured the hearts of romantics since its release last year. The film score is highly original and the orchestration is gorgeous. Last night, we saw the movie again on a large screen suspended above the stage of the National Concert Hall. Instead of hearing the soundtrack, we heard the Evergreen Symphony Orchestra, Taiwan National Choir, and a terrific jazz band featuring pianist Randy Kerber perform the music live and in sync with the film dialogue. The result was a movie experience like no other. The film seemed to come alive three dimensionally. Here I am with conductor Erik Ochsner and Randy Kerber, who led the jazz band in a rousing encore of Monk's "Straight, No Chaser" to close the program. Tickets are hard to come by, but there is one more performance tonight at the National Concert Hall and then at the National Taichung Theater tomorrow. You should go see it...km
