Counting down, days to go back to Geneva is getting closer, so I’ve got to seize the time for many things. Pick up the fish I ordered (yeah for bringing back to Switzerland) few days ago, and enjoy the milkfish porridge at the same time. 🐟 Then, off to my loved shop for the #skincare, and gosh, it was really hard to book it, but the staffs here always go their very best, #loveit! 💆 Went for #lunch, the third time I have #noodles from this cantine in this trip, how lucky! 🍜 go to my #englishteaching of the day,off to check the eye contacts again. And here we are, night comes, time to dine with my dad and bro, bargained #yummy #japanesefood here in #tainan. It’s #fridaynight so we have arranged a #girlsgathering for #stirfry food. 快樂的日子總是過得特別快，
不知不覺，
台灣補牙之旅一下子就來到尾聲了。
既然是倒數時分，
那當然更是要好好的把握每一分每一秒。💪

一早來去領我預購的新鮮虱目魚的魚皮，
領完之後，
來去吃大家說「台南人才不會吃」的阿堂鹹粥（➡️ 可是我是正港台南人， #是在哈囉 ），
土魠魚配虱目魚這種雙拼鹹粥，
還能加湯，
雙拼鹹粥不來這裡吃，還要去哪裡？ 🕶️✨

早餐完食，
準備來去護膚美容。
在瑞士長了很多閉鎖性額頭痘，
特別頑劣（掩面），
趁回台一次解決，
是說這家美容小鋪不推銷，
做臉又實在，
基本上都要提早一個月前預約，
別人是搶普悠瑪的票，
我這個異鄉遊子是搶著預約做臉，
是否有點搞笑！？😂

做臉完畢，神清氣爽，
煥膚完，來去滿足胃袋，
這次回家居然可以吃這家我心愛的 #陽春麵 整整三次，
也真是太幸福了！拭淚💦

繼續來去本日的 #英文 教學（又喝了一堆飲料&還吃了一份混蛋吐司），
如然後又從東區來去北區搞定我的隱形眼鏡。回南區家中，
接著跟網北&我弟再次前往東區吃台式日本料理，
平價大碗，叫滿整桌才只要900台幣，
真是鬆嘎有村。🍣

日本料理的街口是我最愛的平價小籠湯包店，
瑞士人深愛此處的甜烙餅，
來去跪求店家特製手工兩張烙餅不要煎，
因為我冷凍了之後，
要帶回瑞士進貢瑞士人（哇噻）。🍳

行程馬不停蹄，
接著又回到南區家中，
然後出發北區 #熱炒 店，
與姐妹大團聚，
我剛吃完整桌日本料理，這時又是整桌熱炒，
我跟你說，
瑞士是沒得吃，
台南是吃到讓你叫不敢。🤣

最後一局，
移駕到朋友家中，
感謝朋友聽到我的 #冬至 許願，
既給我買了 #鹹湯圓，
又給我採購了 @7eleventw 不訂吃不到的福源雙喜 #湯圓 ，
每顆湯圓大如麻糬，
滋味沒有非常特殊，
但是尺寸真的厲害得不得了！👏

朋友一起相聚首不容易，
好好的把握著著一晚我們聊到幾乎快天亮，

【海洋與環保】這幾天早上每戴上隱形眼鏡就會想到前幾天與病人的對話👀
我：「你為什麼不換日拋呢？」
「因為我不想要讓更多塑膠進到海洋。」
我沉默了一下，回想自己前幾年前還常常把隱形眼鏡丟進去水槽或是馬桶就很糟糕😣
研究已經顯示除了海底的魚🐟 就連我們人類每天都會吃下少量的微塑膠😞
雖然打著回收的口號，但真正能夠回收的塑膠少之又少，又很浪費資源。真正的方法就是少用塑膠！
已經一年我們出去買菜都帶著這個網袋（https://bit.ly/2N4WuGD）由於它很輕所以不會影響秤蔬菜，水果重量🍉 前天寄給我媽的時候，她還搞不清楚怎麼用😅
真心希望台灣也有這個啊！對於有在買菜的人來說，這個網袋真的能夠大大減少塑膠袋😆 不過我買回去給阿嬤的話可能會被嫌棄吧... 😅
話說我如果忘了帶的話，我可能就只買一樣水果，其他的等帶了袋子再來採購😃 畢竟救地球還是比較重要👍

Few days ago my patient refused to switch into daily contact lenses cz she doesn't want to pollute the ocean with anymore micro plastics 👀
It put me to shame cz only up to last year, I was still chucking used contact lenses into the toilet or drains😣 Those lenses are eaten by fishes and consumed by humans🐟 Studies already shown we ingest small pieces of plastics every year😞
Despite the world being all hyped up about recycling. Minimal plastics actually are recycled and it's energy consuming.. The only real way to reduce plastics are to use them less.
That's why I highly recommend these nets (https://bit.ly/2N4WuGD) when going food shopping🍉 They light enough to weigh produces and are machine washable ☺️ I honestly think I reduced a huge amount of plastics since using these bags!
Wish everyone will have one of these and only shop when these are in hand 😌 #savingplanet #ocean

我們天天黏在一起呢！
羨慕吧（哈哈哈 哪來的自信？）

My laptop is my lover now. It accompanies me all day, all week, all year! 😂😂 I do deem that I need to absorb some nutrition products to protect my sight.🤓🤓Cuz I don’t like to wear glasses and contact lenses, even I can’t see things clearly. I enjoy the beauty of blurred. That reminds me a story, maybe 2 or 3 years ago, my friend and I took a trip to Taichung, we were divided into 3 group and rode scooters in the city. I told my friend “ If we need to turn right, you have to tell me in advance, cuz I didn’t wear glasses.” Then she cried out and said “ I want to take another scooter.” Hahahaha😂😅
