夏洛特·蒂伯里（Charlotte Tilbury）美容品牌的現任董事長與高盛（Goldman Sachs）併購，以超過10億美元的價格出售了自己的股份，賣出了“粉紅是性感”的想法，每天都穿著從時尚別緻到耳目一新！！！
謠言說，雅詩蘭黛，歐萊雅和資生堂在過去3年中一直在競標這筆價值超過10億美元的標書，目前西班牙品牌Puig擁有Nina Ricci，Carolina Herrera，Paco Rabanne，Jean Paul Gaultier。 2013年，Puig收購了Christian Loubatin Fragrance的股份。
Tilbury Beauty現由巴塞羅那一家私人公司Puig負責。因為它是一家私人公司，所以Puig可能會更靈活地制定長期目標和觀點，而不會受限於每個季度的受益影響品牌追求的品質和方向。
在全球化之下，下一代化妝品的趨勢，將結合強大電子商務，吸引Z代的關注，這正是這些大公司在尋找的重要產品。

Tilbury Beauty Being is now carried on by Puig, a privately own Company in Barcelona . Because it is a private company Puig could possibly create a longer term goals & views with more flexibility rather than the pressure caused by continuously satisfying investors at every quarterly earnings.
