戰後當公司擴展之際
一位拿坡里小男孩
常常跟爸爸到咖啡工廠工作
有一天在工廠品嚐了一口咖啡後
露出一個非常滿足高興的表情
被Passalacqua 創辨人Samuele 補捉這表情，並留下深刻印象
那時候工廠入口大量墨西哥咖啡豆
所以決定把小男孩舔嘴唇的表情加插墨西哥色彩並設計了這LOGO
現已在世界廣為流傳

泰刺激午餐，外賣試新鋪，辣到無朋友，不過超好味，一定有下次～

好像青木瓜沙侓但不是 Sum Tum, 是 Tum Tard (ตำถาด)，算是青木瓜沙侓的豪華升級版，79銖，份量超多，除了基本的青木瓜，醬汁是用生蟹(Pu Pla Ra)醃的，跟一般的 Sum Tum Thai 不一樣，有陣濃濃的醃漬味，配菜還有炸豬皮(khep moo)、米粉(Kanom Jeen)、扎肉(Moo yor )，有些更會加上皮蛋、臘腸、蝦米、炸魚仔等等。

另一道是 Leng Saap, 泰式青辣椒豬骨湯，滿滿的 bird eye chili，辣到流眼水，考考大家眼力，數到有多少隻辣椒嗎？ 不要小看青青的一少隻，比紅色指天椒要辣上幾倍喔～
