劇情大綱：

深入非洲靈魂　探索神秘大地
　　在挑戰哈佛博士班之前，加百列決定環遊世界一年。他從巴西出發、四海為家，最後抵達了東非。研究非洲貧窮問題的加百列，將八成預算用在供他吃住的當地人。他穿上肯亞的輪胎涼鞋、取了馬賽名字，並和剛果難民成為好友、參加狩獵之旅親睹角馬遷徙、迷走在世界文化遺產尚吉巴石頭城、死命攻上非洲最高峰吉力馬札羅山、搭渡輪橫渡馬拉威湖，一路玩遍東非五國。結束旅程之前，加百列來到馬拉威的「神靈棲息地」姆蘭傑山，計畫一日攻頂。這個命定相遇，即將撼動加百列的光明人生。

With the camera he receives on his 18th birthday, Andrew has come to realize that nothing special could be said about his life. Wanting more out of the life he leads, he sets out to practice the belief that our lives our own stories to write.

The camera is a metaphor for our ability to see amazing stories in other people. And when we turn that lens to ourselves for the first time and reflect, some of us experience the difficulty in answering the question of what makes our own lives special.

It is a difficult one ultimately emerges stronger from.
